Baby locking legs out

My LO will be 15 weeks tomorrow. He started this at least a month ago and is doing it even more. When I hold him, he often doesn't like to "sit" on my lap, always wants to stand on his legs (holding him of course). When he's laying on his back he will kick his legs in and out alot though. Any other little ones doing the same? We have our next appt in a couple of weeks and will bring it up then

    Yep, mine is the same. He tries to stand in his swing and in his bumbo too. I'm hoping its just a sign that he'll be ready to walk early! I have an exersaucer for him now and that's where he likes to chill :)

    My son did this. His legs never stopped moving and we couldn't get him to bend at the waist for the longest time bc he was always straightening his legs. He walked a couple days before he turned one, but is very strong and loves to run. I think it's just part of how they strengthen their leg muscles. My daughter doesn't do it, though. Boys, I guess.
