2: How was your last week? eh I am still recovering from the bronchitis and still have it plus my "morning" sickness and food aversions have been very bad some days barely eating anything so energy low but got to the gym 2x to do crossfit and had a crazy busy week with my active job.
3: What are your goals for the week ahead? Workout 4x at least with one swimming and see how lungs do and I have a Turky Trot 5k Thursday
4: How are you going to treat yourself this week/celebrate your body and its accomplishments? Well we are going to a movie tonight- Doctor Strange!
5: Rants/Raves/Questions? Just excited/nervous for my u/s tuesday luckily I have two weddings to shoot this weekend so I will be very distracted and busy!
6: GTKY: What is your favorite dish at Thanksgiving? I usually cook every (I even cooked it for the office I cook for this week!) and gravy is my favorite thing to make and eat. It goes on everything and homemade gravy is delicious. I cook it for hours to get the flavors right!

2: How was your last week? Terrible. Just all around. Diet and exercise both.
3: What are your goals for the week ahead? You know I keep making the same goal that I never do because I never find the energy =/
4: How are you going to treat yourself this week/celebrate your body and its accomplishments? I think I have treated myself enough by eating whatever sounds good at the time. Including Wendys, Taco Bell, and a doughnut.
5: Rants/Raves/Questions? Seriously, where do you ladies find the energy to go work out? I just can't motivate myself to do it!
6: GTKY: What is your favorite dish at Thanksgiving? Hands down green bean casserole, and right now it's the only thing that sounds appealing for Thanksgiving.

3: What are your goals for the week ahead? Try to eat healthier and not so much mac and cheese. This morning I was not hungry at all but I made myself eat a small banana so I at least had something in my stomach before lunch.
4: How are you going to treat yourself this week/celebrate your body and its accomplishments? By doing what my body will let me. Maybe ice cream maybe cookies - we shall see
5: Rants/Raves/Questions? Anyone else driving themselves almost crazy over what not to eat? I would love to eat a salad with diced ham or an ham, cheese and mushroom omelette but I can't get past the whole "lunch meat" is bad thing.

2: How was your last week? Pretty ok. Went to yoga 2x - which I hadn't done since my egg retrival! Diet was ok - eating fruit and veg (trying to get into a good rhythm waiting for m/s to kick in full force). Broke down and had a McRib (soooo good!)...
3: What are your goals for the week ahead? I'd like to make it to yoga 3x (which I was doing before IVF ER and ET)
4: How are you going to treat yourself this week/celebrate your body and its accomplishments? I think I am going to nap as much as I want over the weekend. And make cinnamon buns...
5: Rants/Raves/Questions? DH is driving nuts. There are so many things that need to be done (and he has to do them) and he seems to be experiencing more symptoms than I am...ugh...he even called into work yesterday bc he had a headache and tummy ache...UGH!!!
6: GTKY: What is your favorite dish at Thanksgiving? I love all things Thanksgiving!! I love turkey!! I love green bean casserole!! The only think I don't love is "candied" yams. I like sweet potatoes/ yams just baked (they are already sweet enough - to me). I think I am going to make a baked/roasted squash dish this year...and change up the roll recipe! I am excited!! Let's hope I keep my appetite through next week.

1: How far along are you? 4+2
2: How was your last week? Pretty low key - lots of walks with the dog but I was too afraid to run. Stupid, I know. I typically eat pretty healthy and haven't had any aversions, so all is good there.
3: What are your goals for the week ahead? I'd really like to go for a slow run this weekend. Depending on the weather, I might also get on the bike trainer. And of course I'll be walking the dog.
4: How are you going to treat yourself this week/celebrate your body and its accomplishments? See above. But I'm also hoping to spend some time on the couch, crocheting. It's all about balance, right?
5: Rants/Raves/Questions? I just wish I could get over my fear of something going wrong. I know I'm definitely not alone here. I am still peeing on all the sticks - hopefully my PCP will do some blood work to confirm levels on Monday. Other than that, just trying to enjoy being pg - and I can't wait to get home to visit family next week!
6: GTKY: What is your favorite dish at Thanksgiving? Definitely DH's aunt's stuffing. Food aversions, you had BETTER hold off until after turkey day. Heck, I'll gladly sit out enjoying food on Christmas if I can at least have next week!

2: How was your last week? The same, gym 5 days a week for 2 hours
3: What are your goals for the week ahead? Keep my pace the same and heart rate low during cardio. I am already short of breath 7 min in to a stair climber workout.
4: How are you going to treat yourself this week/celebrate your body and its accomplishments? I will be celebrating after a 5mile turkey trot with so much food!

2: How was your last week? terrible! I was in a 4 week intense circuit training program with a strict meal plan before my bfp. I was soooooooo good and lost 10 pou ds in 4 weeks. so I signed up for the second session...then bfp and all I want to do is eat bad food and sleep.
3: What are your goals for the week ahead? back to eating right!

2: How was your last week? Could have been better. I had planned to get in 4 workouts and I got in 3: 30 min walk Sunday, Crossfit Fitness Wednesday (I do not do crazy person crossfit - they're across the gym - we are more focused on cardio and other exercise and less on weightlifting), and then our school fitness group on Thursday (we just started this - a local college kid who has been in our school for his classes is doing a class twice a week). I had planned Crossfit for Monday but couldn't get out of school fast enough for my usual class and was too tired for the later class.
Eating-wise all I want are pickles, bread, and baked potatoes...not the best but I guess it could be worse?
3: What are your goals for the week ahead? Would love to actually get in 4 workouts but with Thanksgiving I'm going to aim for 3: 1 walk and 2 Crossfit classes (we don't have the school fitness group today). Although maybe I'll try for a walk tomorrow? That would get me to four for this week. Probably depends on the weather. It's pouring rain right now.
4: How are you going to treat yourself this week/celebrate your body and its accomplishments? by (hopefully) enjoying ALL THE THANKSGIVING FOOD
5: Rants/Raves/Questions? DH is adorable. He read up on common cravings and went grocery shopping and bought me a ton of stuff. Unfortunately it's almost all sweet and I am not wanting sweet things. He did however buy pickles which last night we realized is exactly what I needed and wanted.
6: GTKY: What is your favorite dish at Thanksgiving? Carrot puff - it's a family recipe we got from a neighbor who is basically family. It's basically cooked carrots, butter, sugar, a tiny bit of flour and baking powder purred and baked and it's SO YUMMY. I just hope I have the stomach for it next week.

2: How was your last week? Great! I think I only missed one day this week and 3 total this month. Eating appropriate proportions is still a struggle but I'm getting there.
3: What are your goals for the week ahead? I am only going to take one more day off this month ( Thanksgiving ) or at least that's my goal!

I still have not figured out what to do ...... I would like maybe to go to the spa periodically to reward myself but that can get kind of pricy.... IDK we will see . Maybe I can just get my nails done once a month if I meet my goals!

2: How was your last week? This has been a rough one. Had a terrible virus that was fighting the nausea for control over my body while working full time and chasing my two year old around!
3: What are your goals for the week ahead? I don't want to loose my Sunday runs this early. Haven't missed my Sunday 6 mile run yet and I'm determined to make it happen this week too!
4: How are you going to treat yourself this week/celebrate your body and its accomplishments? This is something I'm really bad at and don't have any plans but maybe this board will inspire me!
5: Rants/Raves/Questions? This has truly been one of the most trying pregnancy/parenting weeks I've experienced and my DH seriously had the nerve to complain about his dry skin. I wanted to launch myself at him and claw his eyes out but I was too tired.

2: How was your last week? Not great. Eating all the carbs because that's all that sounds good. Went to one prenatal yoga class and didn't get as much walking in as I wanted.
3: What are your goals for the week ahead? Three yoga classes and three walks.
4: How are you going to treat yourself this week/celebrate your body and its accomplishments? Sigh, probably keep eating all the carbs.
5: Rants/Raves/Questions? I miss Pilates. I just don't feel up to it between my sore boobs, nausea, and reflux, but I do miss it.

I started a boot camp the day I got pregnant 4 weeks ago, and I am hoping the doctor gives me the OK to keep going as I have been 5x a week for the past month. I want to go 3x thus week.

I am going to have lots of stuffing and broccoli casserolw.

I'm so tired! And this is my first pregnancy so I'm filled with worry and no idea what to expect.
3: What are your goals for the week ahead?
I'd like to get back to a "normal" exercise routine. I'd been doing Orange Theory Fitness, which is heart rate based training. This was one of my pregnancy signs because my heart rate was so high. I hope I can continue on with it.

I'm wondering how often I should exercise. I don't see my obgyn until December 6. So I feel a bit lost on what's ok to do or not.

thank you so much! I was really missing my workouts this week. I will modify as you said and monitor how hard I'm working.
2: How was your last week? food aversion got slightly better so i was able to eat, unfortunately i wasn't being too healthy
3: What are your goals for the week ahead? add more fruits and veggies to my diet and do my best to walk more
4: How are you going to treat yourself this week/celebrate your body and its accomplishments? I'll choose a day to treat myself to some fries, salty fries are the only thing that i REALLY want, well that and chips but i'm not letting myself get there just yet.
5: Rants/Raves/Questions? just want to share my overall pregnancy goal to keep myself accountable. i want to gain no more than 9 to 10 kilos which is around 20 pounds i think.
