Increased Nausea, tired, crazy discharge, kind of emotional

Im in grad school right now and trying to get through the last couple weeks of classes while super tired and sick has been horrible! 

GTKY: Who have you told you are pregnant? Do you think you will do a FB announcement? 
Pretty much all of our close family knows along with a couple friends. We probably will do a FB announcement- I bought this ornament last weekend so thinking about using this! Maybe say something like "just put the final touch on our tree this year!"

How far along are you? 11 weeks

How big is baby? The size of a lime.

Upcoming appointments this week? I have a quick "peace of mind" appointment on the 22nd to go in and hear baby's heartbeat. My OB knows I'm having high anxiety thanks to my history of loss so she offered me a quick appointment to listen to baby's heartbeat for the reassurance that everything is OK so I can go enjoy Thanksgiving with my family.

Any new symptoms or changes?  I'm starting to wake up in the morning with a lot of lower back pain. I've had a bad lower back for years and had a lot of lower back pain pre-pregnancy so I'm not really worried about it. But it is less than ideal and is cutting into my sleep. I'm giving serious thought to caving and buying a pregnancy pillow. Other than that just more of the same: bloating, gas, constipation, fatigue, breast tenderness. At least nausea is easing up.

GTKY: Who have you told you are pregnant? Do you think you will do a FB announcement? I told my mom pretty early on because she had some crazy "mother's intuition" where she just "knew" I was pregnant so I spilled the beans to her pretty much immediately. She then told my grandma, my dad, my brother's girlfriend and my brother all within the first week even though I asked her to not tell anyone. So I don't have anyone left to tell in my family except my other brother and his wife. I'm not close with either of them because they're both bitchy divas. So I have no desire at all to tell them. They'll find out when they find out which for all I care can be next Christmas when I show up with a baby.

I doubt I'll do a Facebook announcement. I'm not big on social media and haven't really done anything with since College.

Any new symptoms or changes?  Nausea has gotten a lot worse this week. I feel like I'm going to be sick every time I take a sip of water so I know I'm not getting enough which is stressing me out. 

Rants/Raves/Questions? So glad it's Friday and that I only have a two day week next week! Also considering doing some Christmas decorating this weekend. I am usually a firm believer in waiting until after Thanksgiving but we'll be gone most of next week and it would be nice if it was already done when we got back.

GTKY: Who have you told you are pregnant? Do you think you will do a FB announcement? Our families and some close friends know. We will probably make some sort of public announcement in December. I'm trying to decide if I want to do it on a Christmas card or just do a FB announcement.

@namelessaria buy the pillow (or just buy a normal body pillow, which is what I did, as it is far cheaper).  I have also always had lower back issues, but when I was pregnant with DD I got a body pillow and it helped SO MUCH that I continued using it.  This time the pain is worse, so the pillow isn't helping as much, but I need to get my lazy butt back to yoga, as that does usually help too.

Upcoming appointments this week? had blood drawn for Panorama today but no actual appointment...you guys they take SO MUCH BLOOD and it kind of hurt so I know I'm going to have a massive bruise tomorrow...good thing it's long sleeves season.

Any new symptoms or changes?  I feel like I'm slightly less bloated, and I actually pooped several times this week, but I'm still wearing maternity jeans today.  not because I need to, I mean my normal jeans still fit, but just because the glory of elastic waistbands cannot be overstated, and I have an excuse to wear them now.  Still tired and SO HUNGRY but that is really about it.
 
Rants/Raves/Questions? I wish I would get my blood work back before Thanksgiving, but there's almost no way that will happen.  I have my NT scan on 12/1 so after that, assuming that and the blood work come back normal, it's open season on telling people about this thing, so that I can just be fat and tired in peace.

GTKY: Who have you told you are pregnant? Do you think you will do a FB announcement? I have told my three best friends, all of whom have experienced recent losses, because I know if I had a loss I would go to them for support; also two of them are pregnant right now and due within a few weeks of me so it's good to have people to commiserate with.  but that's it.  We may tell DH's parents when they are here for Thanksgiving, but we're undecided.  It's only two weeks until the NT scan, so we plan to tell other family and my employer after that.  FB I probably won't say anything until after the anatomy scan, if that.  I think I didn't say anything on FB until Valentine's Day with DD, and she was also a mid-June baby.  Nothing crazy and big, probably just a picture of DD in a Big Sister t-shirt with a vague reference to due date and the sex of the baby.  Nothing too cutesy.  I don't do Pinterest style anything.

@NamelessAria My mother is one who "just knows" as well.  Not just with me, but with people at work she tends to know a few weeks before they say anything.  With me, she let me have the space to announce to her when I felt like it, but admitted she knew when she saw me the week before and that I was easy to tell because of the exhaustion, which happened to be her first symptoms too.

How big is baby? Supposedly a plum. Maybe I buy big plums, but that sounds a little large.

Upcoming appointments this week? Monday NT scan, Tuesday regular appointment.  My MW/OB office outsources NT scans to the local Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists, so it had to be separate.

Any new symptoms or changes?  Feeling way less nauseous and maybe a little less tired.  Bloat comes and goes.

Rants/Raves/Questions?  I'm so excited to have a few days off at Thanksgiving and excited/nervous that we'll start telling people about the pregnancy soon.

So far we've kept it pretty quiet. Both sets of parents, my brother, and my and DH's bosses know (they're already preparing for a crazy June where he works).  After the NT scan on Monday we'll start telling the rest of the family on both sides and close friends.  Once Thanksgiving passes I don't care who knows, but I'm not making it a point to announce to anyone.  I'm not sure what to do with my coworkers.  I don't really care one way or the other about a FB announcement because I'm not into social media, but DH really wants to do one at some point (who knows when), so I'll find something simple and cute to do for that.

Any new symptoms or changes?  I am actually feeling slightly normal this week. I was able to walk the dogs and wasn't even nauseous but slightly. It felt great!

I had my ultrasound this morning. Baby was measuring right on track and had a perfect little heartbeat of 179!

Any new symptoms or changes?  
I've been pretty much symptom free besides having an aversion to chicken. It's nice but unnerving all at the same time.

We have told our parents, siblings, and a couple close friends. I told the family I nanny for tonight after we had the positive ultrasound this morning. We're planning on telling extended family at Thanksgiving and may even just do our Facebook announcement then as well.

I'm sick of throwing up! I'm trying to decrease my diclegis to 2 a day so that I don't have to get more since I'm almost done with the first trimester and idk how much my insurance is covering yet.

I've told people at work. We've told parents and several siblings and we'll tell the rest of our siblings when we see them at Thanksgiving. I can't wait until they know so that it isn't a secret and I can tell everyone!  
If it's up to me the only fb evidence would be pictures other people post once I'm visibly showing but DH usually likes to share more than me.
