The fitness check in thread inspired me to start a thread with healthy recipes! I'm making butternut squash mac and cheese tonight. Its ready to go I just need to top it with bread crumbs and bake it. The cheesemakes it less healthy, but if you're nursing you get a little leeway! I also used Ronzoni smart taste pasta. It has twice the amount of fiber and half the fat and caloriesof regular pasta. It taste the same and is only about $1 a box. Here is the recipe
