Late onset OHSS anyone?

Hi, I hope to be joining you all soon. I just got my BFP last week and have my first u/s scheduled for Thursday, so fingers crossed all goes well:) 
However, I have been suffering with really bad OHSS since about 5dp5dt. It hasn't gotten any better and I feel like I'm about to pop. I've gained about 20 lbs, can't breathe, can't eat can barely move, and have to sleep on the couch propped up with pillows. Has anyone else suffered with this? Just wondering how much longer I have before this starts going down and I can function normally again!
Me: 34 / Hubs: 35
Married December 2008
TTC: 2010
3 ectopic pregnancies, moved on to IVF 2011
3 rounds of IVF, 1 miscarraige, two BFN
Started with new RE Fall 2015
Diagnosed Compound Hetero MTHFR
Hysteroscopy to remove abrasions 
Began Stims for IVF #4 10/11/16
Long Lupron protocol
ER 10/23/16 6R, 5M all 5 fertilized via ICSI
ET 10/28/16 Transferred 2 5bb blasts; 2 frosties! BFP!
Twins! EDD 6/25/17

    I think most ladies take medication to help. I'd call your RE right away and ask!

    I had ohss but I didn't gain that much. Have you worked with your RE? That's a lot to gain, they may need to drain some off.

    I had it, but not badly enough that I needed to be drained. If I were you I'd be talking to my RE. It sounds like they should be providing you sone relief.
    Married May 2009, TTC since November 2012 (Together since 2006 ish - had my eyes on him since 2001)
    Me: 32 (33 in May), Him: 37 (January)

    DX: Me: High Prolactin, Possible Autoimmune Disease Issues, though RE not concerned (?)  New RE has a plan!!
           Him: Minor Varicocele, low morphology, slightly low count

    History:

    Beta 5/9/2016 BFP!!
    Embryo transfer scheduled for April 28, 2016 and beta test May 9, 2016 (day after Mother's Day!)
    Transfer Meds include: Lupron Depot (4/1), Minivelle Patch (every 3rd day), Estradiol (3x daily), Amoxicillin, Progesterone in Oil, Methylprednisonlone. Lovenox and baby asprin added after transfer. 

    3/22/16 - Sono Saline ultrasound cyst to be aspirated on 4/1/16 if not cleared up by 3/29 US - It cleared on its own
    Retrieval 3/4/16 - 26 eggs retrieved, 23 mature, 20 fertilized, 14 embryos currently frozen
    Starting IVF Stims on +/- Feb 22, 2016
    HSG scheduled for 1-26-16 - All clear "beautiful uterus" (though inverted)

    Switched clinics and now prepping for IVF in February / March

    Fourth IUI -  CD3-7 100 Clomid w/ Ovidrel Trigger - December, 2015 - BFN
    Third IUI -  CD3-7 100 Clomid w/ Ovidrel Trigger - November, 2015 - BFN
    Second IUI - CD3-7 100 Clomid w/ Ovidrel Trigger - September, 2015 - BFN
    Started Prolactin Medication October 15 - Levels quickly regulated to with in normal range
    First IUI - CD3-7 100 Clomid w/ Ovidrel Trigger - August, 2015 - BFN
    After no BFPs (ever) First RE/Urologist visit in Feb 2015
    HSG w/ OB, 2014 = all clear
    Trying to conceive since November 2012

    You need to talk to your doctor about this if you haven't already.  OHSS can be really serious and if it's not getting better you might need more drugs or even to be admitted. 
    Look after yourself and seek help.

    Thanks everyone, I have talked to my RE about it- they are aware. They gave me some nausea pills and basically just said I will probably have to "ride it out." It's been about two weeks and I can't imagine going on much longer like this:(

    @taradise99 - I am surprised they are not alarmed by your weight gain. Have they done an ultrasound? I was 5dpt and was having difficulty breathing from my OHSS and they did an ultrasound and watched me closely. Thankfully I only gained like 6lbs and the fluid dissipated quite fast so they were not as concerned. My symptoms almost 100% subsided after 2 weeks.

    I am shocked that your doctor thinks you don't need to do anything. 20 pounds in such a short amount of time is cause for concern, not nausea pills. If it were me experiencing this I'd definitely go to the ER right away.

    Well I went to the dr yesterday and they did send me in to the hospital to get drained. They drained over 4 liters of fluid. However, they did say it may and probably will come back, so I'm just hoping that is not the case. Thanks for all of your input!
