How far along are you? 21 weeks

How big is baby? Endive, banana, baby bok choy, least weasel

Upcoming appointments this week? I had a standard OB checkup yesterday. Head the heartbeat, measured fundal height. Nothing too exciting. I'm up .8 lbs for the pregnancy. Yay?

Any new symptoms or changes? I'm starting to feel some kicks/jabs from the outside. They're definitely getting stronger. I'm not very hungry yet, which is odd. With DS I wanted to eat everything in sight.

GTKY: Where are you at on the name front? Have you picked one? Options? We've decided on Alexander Eliot (or Elliot - haven't decided on the exact spelling yet).

GTKY: Where are you at on the name front? Have you picked one? Options? I think we have a name. We may have settled on Luna Rose. This has been so hard for us.

Upcoming appointments this week?I have one the 16th, another ultrasound!  Hopefully he'll show a side profile

Any new symptoms or changes? Bending over makes me gag.  His kicks or punches are stronger. 

Rants/Raves/Questions? I'm excited to get started on his nursery this weekend. Cleaned his crib today and vacuumed in there so after class tomorrow I'm gonna start putting his wall stuff up while DH puts his crib together.  

GTKY: Where are you at on the name front? Have you picked one? Options? His name is Charley Wayne ♡ we had it picked out as soon as we started trying.  Charley was my husband's grandpa he was very close with and Wayne was my dads name. My brothers each had 4 girls so I'm thankful I get to pass on his name.

Nope

Any new symptoms or changes? Starting to feel baby bump from the outside. My daughter was able to feel a kick last night and she was really excited about it. It was a really sweet moment.

GTKY: Where are you at on the name front? Have you picked one? Options? This baby's name has been picked out since my husband and I first started TTC, John Morgan. My husbands name is John and my maiden name is Morgan.

Any new symptoms or changes? Feeling a lot of movement. I can see him move sometimes. DH has yet to feel any kicks, baby stops moving every time DH puts his hand on my bump.

How big is baby?

The size of a baseball hat (which my preschoolers found to be an amazing fact today. We even got out a ruler and counted out 10 inches, then lined up the counting bears to see how many bears long he is....thank you pregnancy for built in preschool math activities!)

I had an appointment yesterday.

Any new symptoms or changes?

My preschoolers are taking full advantage of me being a little slower getting up and down on the floor....I never realized how fast 3 and 4 year olds really are!

My 2yo DD is really loving the idea of her baby brother. Every night at bedtime she lays her head on my belly and talks and sings to him for a little while, then says "night-night baby brother." and falls asleep snuggling my belly... we shall see if this is the same enthusiasm she has in March when he moves in on her territory!

We are using the name we chose for a boy the first time around when we were expecting our DD. His name will be Asher Crosby. Both are family names, one part from my side and one from his side. Our DD has a family name from each side for her first and middle name as well.
