I watched a video of a veteran getting a service dog at a halftime show. I teared up and now I can't stop thinking about it. It is love at first sight! These pups are so happy to serve.
We took my 2 yr old to an indoor play center and he climbed all the way to the top of a slide by himself. He usually slides backwards, but this time he decided to go forward and I could see the fear in his eyes, but he was so happy when he got down to the bottom. I just lost it and I told my husband I had to go to the restroom and cry! I was so proud and scared at the same time! Plus, it didn't help that a Celine Dion song was playing in the background!
I'm just over it today. I'm tired of my job, I'm tired of being pregnant, I'm just flat out exhausted. So now I am sitting in the bathroom crying while my family enjoys dinner. Thank God tomorrow is a federal holiday and I don't have to work. I'm gonna take DS to day care, take a bubble bath and sleep all afternoon.
DH and I had a date morning and while walking around the mall were talking about how this is definitely the last kid we have. I was all flippant like "oh hell no am I doing this business again!"
Then we were looking at maternity clothes and I thought "I better not spend too much money since I'll never wear them again" and just lost it in the middle of H&M. DH got me to stop crying by telling me he had plenty of sperm. Thanks, dear.
