Okay - I know it is entirely too early! But confess! What have you bought for baby? If you haven't bought anything as yet what are you thinking your first purchase will be?
I haven't bought anything for baby yet, but the day after my BFP I was already shopping for pregnancy related things. Anti-nausea candies, belly bands, a book for DS and a "Big Brother" t-shirt.
Nothing for the baby...yet. I do walk through the baby section at Target every time I go to see if there's anything cute.

DH and I always buy ornaments when we go somewhere new -- it really makes for a fun Christmas tree. We just went away last week to celebrate our one year anniversary, and went into town one day to shop for an ornament. We found a really cute porcelain piece that had a snowmen couple holding a snowman baby. HAD to get it. DH also bought his favorite movie on blu ray to show to the baby.

I purchased a few outfits because of the Kohls Cash I had. Though the very first thing I bought was what I used to tell DH I was pregnant (Terrible Toddler Towel bib and pacifiers)
I picked up a few things from Goodwill while I was there, but that's probably it for buying anything other than diapers. We need more newborn covers and some FST but that's really it. Kept everything from the first one. There are some things I'm planning on sewing and I want to crochet a baby blanket like I did for my first but that's a ways away
I sorted through all my baby clothes this weekend to see if there was anything gender-neutral that I could lend to SIL since she's having a girl in January. It was all really boy-ish. So this baby is probably wearing blue for July-August regardless, and if it's a girl I'll have to shop for some clothes to dress her in once she starts going to daycare.
Okay, so my Amazon cart has stuff in it and my Etsy cart has stuff in it - but I haven't clicked on check out as yet. It is looking like my first baby purchase will be a Montessori style cube chair from Etsy - since I was getting one for DS1 already - I'm thinking to get the smaller one for infants so they will have a matching set. I'm officially on the hunt for a soft, cute, and unique stuffed animal on Etsy, which would be of more immediate use.
I've already gotten two pairs of used maternity jeans on Ebay - I like premium denim (J Brand, Paige, 7) bc it keeps its shape, but I definitely don't like premium retail prices. That's more for me than for baby, though, haha. This is our third so we have a ton of hand-me-downs. I will probably buy a couple little onesies later on, but right now I get nervous about getting stuff. Still worried it's not quite real
@tsarina I'm nervous too! It doesn't seem real, yet it's all I think about these days. I splurged on a pair of J Brand jeans last time after wasting time and money trying to find a more economical pair that I liked. (I didn't want to spend money on clothes I would wear for 4 months.) In the end I wore those jeans 3 or more times a week and for several months. They are awesome!
There was more this TV deleted. I'm not trying to be a bitch. I bought my son a brother shirt and I bought a cosleeper for #2 before I got pregnant this time around so it was and wasn't a purchase for this baby.
I've bought two sets of onesies; the first set had a onesie that said "Hi I'm new here" and I used that when I announced to DH. The other set had two onesies that we used to announce to our parents, one said "little peanut" and one said "hello I'm awesome". It was SO hard to find gender neutral clothes!! We'll definitely be finding out the sex of the baby so luckily buying things will get easier eventually. DH is also obsessed with Star Wars so I got him the cutest "Goodnight Darth Vader" storybook too (when I announced to him).
When we agreed to try for 1 more I went out and bought a fox sleeper and fox moccasins. I'm not home, but will post a photo of them later - I plan on giving them to him as a gift on Christmas.
Nothing specifically for baby, but I did buy coffee mugs for my announcement gift for grandparents. It just says "you're a grandma again coming July 2017" or whoever it's for.
Since I've had 2 miscarriages I'm very leery to make any purchases. With my first pregnancy I bought a pregnancy journal then had to throw it away because the painful memories so I try to stay away from things. The only thing I've done is make private baby board on pinterest and a private baby with list on Amazon.

We saved a lot of the essentials from DD, so probably won't be buying anything until we find out the sex. And even then we won't need much if it's another girl. I did buy DD a "big sister" ornament for Christmas.
Sweetooth teether (a teether shaped like an ice cream cone).. it was for a friend's baby due in December but DS got ahold of it so now it's for baby lol.. We're most likely moving in the spring so I'm trying to hold off on buying too much
I'm always online looking at clothes and newborn photo shoot props online cause i'm thinking of doing it myself but i didn't buy anything yet. once i find out the gender i will go on a shopping spree i LOVE buying baby clothes!

I just bought this too! I thought it was too cute and then I saw it in person and my dh encouraged me to get it. DS didn't really use chew on anything so hoping that this child will.
I just realized I need a double jogging stroller for 2 under 2!?!? My awesome BOB jogger is only a year old, looks brand now. Should I sell it or keep it? So I don't always have to use a double?? If this baby is a boy, I won't buy much! If this baby is a girl, I'll end up buying some girl clothes eventurally. Everything from my DS early months can be worn again! I have no issues putting a girl in blue truck onesies! Lol
I haven't bought anything for baby yet. I saved a ton of boy clothes from ds, plus my sister has 4 boys and is always passing stuff down to me so if it's a boy we're pretty set with clothes. If it's a girl we need lots!
I bought MH a shirt that says "be nice to me, my wife is pregnant" and a shirt for ds that has "only child" crossed out and "big brother" written underneath it. Ds will be wearing his shirt to Thanksgiving to announce our pregnancy to family

*****ugh stuck in the box***** I would keep it for those times when a double is not needed!
I just bought 20 cloth diapers for this baby! I have 25 for DS which is a good number so I'll need a few more, but I found these used Bum Genius neutral colored ones in Craigslist for $50 and I couldn't resist.
update: i just placed an order of a white fleece blanket lol they used it in the hospital as a second swaddle for my DD and cause she was so tiny and always cold, i loved it so much but they didn't let me keep it and i just found it online! I'm so excited
@pumpkin0913 where did you find the only child/big brother shirt? I love it!
A friend of mine has an Etsy page that makes fun shirts like that. She made one for me to announce to my dh. She doesn't have a ton posted on her page yet since it's so new but I'm willing to bet if you message her she would make it and ship within a day or so. Etsy shop: Fancy Prance Designs
Since this is our third baby we will have pretty much everything already except for diapers but I coupon and stock pile those already for DD so I'll just buy some smaller sizes next time. We do need a car seat but won't buy that until probably June.

I'll be honest, K-Mart had a $1.99 sale with a ton of summer/early fall baby clothes. I probably won't buy any more till after Christmas (hello clearance?)
