Second Saline Ultrasound???

I'm wondering if anyone has been unsuccessful with IVF for a long period of time and has had to do a second saline ultrasound?  I had a large uterine polyp found on my first  SUS (6 months ago) that had to be surgically  removed.  We are planning on doing another FET in January.  Would hate to "waste" a good embryo because my polyps have returned.  I will of course ask my RE, but was curious if anyone had experience with this?

Me: 35  DH: 36
Me: 1, possibly 2, blocked tubes
DH: severe MFI
Married and TTC since 2/15
Started stims 7/21/16, ER  8/2 --> 17 eggs, 5 blasts after PGS testing.
Fresh transfer 8/8/16: Chemical Pregnancy
FET #1 9/13: PGS tested 5AA, BFN
Endometrial biopsy 10/18/16: normal result
ERA test 10/18/16: "receptive" result
FET #2  1/3/17: natural cycle, BFP!!! TWINS!!  EDD: 9/21 (8/31 with twin adjustment)

    If I am remembering right I believe my RE recommends them every 6 months. I had another one right before we did our FET.

    I had to do one every six months. Have done about 4 of them...I hate those things! My uterus is smaller than most so expanding that balloon just sucks!!! Polyps were found 3 of the 4 times though so it was a good thing we did them.
