I just want to rabe about my son 14 m old who was such an amazing copilot on our drive to and from NY and Florida thus past week.

My trip this week was the inspiration for the GTKY question  I drove from upstate ny to mid Florida 21 hrs first trip and 17 the last trip

Appointments this week? 12 (ish) week appointment Thursday. Can't wait to hear the heartbeat! Feels like forever since the last time I saw this little bean.

Symptoms?  I don't want to jinx it but things seem to be calming down in the symptoms department. Appetite has come back with a vengeance! Been able to actually get work done without wanting to take a nap every hour. Fingers crossed this lasts a while. Boobs are still crazy sore.

Rant/Rave/Questions? This rant is directed towards myself. I've never been an overly excited person but I've been really non-plus about this pregnancy. I'm a FTM so you would think I'd be a tad more excited. Whenever someone asks me about it my responses always comes out sounding sarcastic. I can't help it. I'm not even excited about finding out the sex. We will find out because I'd like to know how to shop. But I'm really not excited one way or the other. 

GTKY- what state are you from and what's the farthest you have traveled ? From Maryland. By plane I've traveled to San Diego for a solo vacation. Still amazed with myself for doing that. By car to the Carolina's. Granted I didn't drive.

Rant/Rave/Questions? No rants or questions, but a rave for DH for being helpful with DD, it's been difficult to get breakfast going when leabing the bed leads to vomiting

I get to take a 3-hour glucose tolerance test on Tuesday, so that should be fun. 

Symptoms?
I've had a bad cold this week and I just generally don't feel well, so it's hard to distinguish if it's being sick or pregnant. But I do tend to get indigestion, which I'm assuming is the being pregnant thing. Also, (sorry if this is TMI) my nipples get insanely sore if I get the tiniest bit chilled. It almost feels like they're being burned or pinched off! (After much Googling I'm self-diagnosing Raynaud's Syndrome of the nipples.)

Rant - I'm ready for this cold and election to be over. 
Rave - I'm pretty sure I have the best husband in the world (at least the best for me!) He's just wonderful and I'm very thankful that he's mine.

I currently live in Iowa. The farthest I've ever travelled would be China.

Appointments this week? Finally get to have a doctors appointment! Hear the heartbeat, do all the blood work, can't wait!

Symptoms? All the nausea, all of it!

Symptoms? Nausea here and there, back aches (have low back issues to begin with!)

Rant/Rave/Questions? Not much at the moment...just excited and can't wait for Thursday! Hoping we can hear the heartbeat this time and not just see it...

1. 14 weeks (yay second trimester)
2. baby is the size of a plum
3. first OB appointment tomorrow. Had a family dr appointment last Friday and I got to hear the heartbeat again
4. No new symptoms 
5. My rant is i can't wait to find out if we are having a boy or a girl and waiting until the middle of December feels like forever!! 

Im from Atlantic Canada. I travelled to Europe a few years ago (England, France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands)
