WAYDTGKU: PNVs, temping, OPKs, completely cut out all caffeine, starting CoQ10 & making hubby take it too
R/R: really hoping to see a +OPK this afternoon. But it's race weekend!! We have cute outfits & it's been awhile since I've been excited about running. I spent a ton at the expo yesterday. (Although it does mean 2 days of waking up at 3am. So temps should be interesting. Esp since I should hopefully O soon)
CS/Q:
GTKY?: What was the best concert you ever attended? Two years ago I went to the Garth Brooks concert & it was amazing and my favorite so I was so excited when we were going again this year. We had super high seats behind the stage but when we were in line for food some of his people gave us front row tickets!!! It was seriously insane!! We had so much fun! I don't think any concert will ever top that
R/R: I just found out my H is going to be away on what is set to be -1 and O day. Grumble grumble. Here's to hoping I ovulate a day or two early!
CS/Q: none
GTKY?: What was the best concert you ever attended?
Oh god, its a toss up between Justin Timberlake for his SexyBack tour at Madison Square Garden. I was actually at the one they taped for HBO where Timbaland showed up. It was AMAZING. Also I just was at Beyonces Lemonade tour at Citifield. I am not a huge beyonce fan but DAYUM, that was a performance. I got both sets of tickets from my FIL and the seats where incredible- third row floor seats front and center for both.
WAYDTGKU: The main thing now is looking for soy lecithin in everything...
R/R: P&G today -- I'm at a conference and need to make a tough decision about the 8:30 session: new guidance from the American Statistical Association about p-values or new RCT evidence on policing strategies? Why can't I attend both?
CS/Q: Another high temp today and my CM is gone. Tomorrow will confirm O cd15. Yay! (Our timing will be 0 and -5 which is hilarious to me)
GTKY?: What was the best concert you ever attended? I saw a Jimmy Eat World concert in college that blew my mind with the lighting and pyrotechnics. I already loved Jimmy Eat World but that put it over the top.
If anyone wants a cs today please put in a url or image -- I'll be on mobile all day.
WAYDTGKU: BD, temping, checking CM and CP, green tea, PNVs, magnesium, CoQ10, limiting caffeine
R/R: It's Friday! And I'm feeling so much more rested than yesterday.
Also, TW, pregnancy mentioned
My best friend (who's pregnant with her second) found out yesterday she's having a girl!!!!!!!! I'm soooooooo excited for her, I just want to jump up and down. Also, I'm trying to figure out when is the earliest I can buy a cute little outfit for her. I am one of a very select group that even knows she's KU right now (it's me, her DH, her parents and her in-laws).
CS/Q: I think I may have O'd on CD 7 but when I put in a fake high temp tomorrow, it doesn't give me CH. Anyone want to give some input? @adirat@Saralee797 and anyone else who is interested.
GTKY: When I was 17, my sister took me to see Reba. She had me go and get the tickets and I had to go to the arena and stand in line (this was before the advent of online ticket sales, also she paid for them I just had to pick them up). I somehow ended up scoring front row seats and it was AMAZING!!!

@purplg8r Good luck with your race! It sounds like a lot of fun! I am indescribably jealous of your Garth Brooks experience. I saw him at the Grand Old Opry when I was younger (like before he "retired" and was in his prime- 90's) and he was ah-mazing. @kiwi2628 I'm sorry YH will be away for those days! Fx it comes a little earlier than expected!
Month/Cycle: 3/2
CD: 17
WAYDTGKU: All the things... but just waiting to O for now
R/R: Rave: appointment yesterday went well. She did bring up that she thinks I have undiagnosed PCOS. I've thought that before as well based on my cycles and some other symptoms. Based on some of the things I've brought up before and our talks about my irregularities she actually brought up the topic. However, after talking for a while we decided since this was only my second cycle ttc we would wait 4-6 months and revisit the topic if I wasn't pregnant. Sooo.. I guess we will see what happens. Rave: spilled my pee cup all over myself and the floor this morning right before I dipped my OPK. Awesome.
CS/Q: nope!
GTKY?: What was the best concert you ever attended? Oh man... I've been to so many amazing ones. Jason Aldean/Luke Bryan was an awesome show. It was when they were both fairly new and it wasn't as "fan-girly" in the audience. I saw Eric Church and Brantley Gilbert at a smaller, local venue before they both hit it big and it was such a good show. It was much more intimate because the venue was so small.
@lulu1180 Where is your coverline normally? I would probably give you cd7 but I'm guessing FF doesn't want to since it's so early.
@buthayna I wouldn't be surprised if that is O and today is a fallback rise. They are stressful to see in a chart when you just want answers, but also totally normal. Today is still above where I would put your coverline.
@GeorgiaWife6912 I'm glad the appt went ok! I'm kind of surprised she wants to wait and see on pcos since you are ttc but also and just as important since pcos can contribute to weight gain which I remember you mentioning. Just me but I would go in sooner than six months if you continue not to conceive.
*lurking from TWW* @lulu1180 CD 7 would be extremely early to O. Want to share your chart?
It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*
@adirat part of the reason for waiting is that I conceived in my second cycle with DS and this is just the start of my second cycle TFAS. I will probably lean a little close to the 4 month mark if I'm not pregnant by then but right now I'm just not convinced (or maybe don't want to be convinced?) I have anything to worry about.
@NYTino24 I added a screenshot in my original post. I know CD7 is super early but I remember years ago when I wasn't on BC that my cycles were around 3 weeks or so. Also, the previous 2 cycles, O was CD10

@lulu1180 In that case I would assume cd7... Though if it were me I'd probably keep hio eod just in case.
@georgiawife6912 I get it and definitely no need to worry about ttc yet, but pcos can affect other aspects of your health too, like insulin resistance. Just food for thought.
WAYDTGKU: Well I just finished all the things, waiting for CH. One more day of high temps and I'll have it.
R/R: Rant-traffic is still terrible from our public transportation strike, Rave-our no show rate is super high so I'm catching up on tons of work and my BFF comes tonight for the weekend! So I am sure I won't be able to bump much, but I am going to try to lurk a little!
CS/Q: I generally get breast tenderness exactly 6 days before AF, but I got it right at O this cycle. Just feeling a bit confused by it.
GTKY?: What was the best concert you ever attended? Hands down a green Day/Blink 182 concert in high school. It was filled with all us punk rockers, and right as it started raining, Travis Barker was doing a massive drum solo and his part of the stage lifted up and he was suspended in air and then his stage started rotating. Of course this was the coolest thing I had ever witnessed at this time, and with the rain, it was all just magical! My co-worker is so jealous of that concert. So, recently Blink 182 started touring again, so I went with her to the concert. Punk Rock isn't dead!!! @kiwi2628 boo for H going away! @adirat I saw Jimmy in college too and it was an awesome tour! I still wear my concert Tee @lulu1180 My BFF is coming into town and is also preggo and I too am hoping to find out what she is having! That seems really early for O. How long is your LP usually? Did you use OPKs? @GeorgiaWife6912 ugh gross, spilling your pee cup on yourself, what a way to wake up!

R/R: I'm not gonna lie, I'm struggling hard today ladies. I don't want to turn this into a dear diary post but to sum things up, my LP is normally 12 days. Last cycle I had decreasing temps from 8-11dpo, then a big spike at 12dpo and continued high temps for two more days. Needless to say, I really thought I was KU because I WAS late by 2 days. AF showed up this morning. What kind of body does that?!? And because I'm pissy today, I stopped at my local coffee shop for a treat. I got a drink that sounded really good (apple cider, butterscotch, and espresso). Turns out it's quite gross but I'm drinking it anyway because it cost me $5.

GTKY: What was the best concert you've ever attended? This is a hard one. My best GF and I love concerts so we usually buy each other tickets for our birthday. I saw The Eagles when the Dixie Chicks opened for them - Amazing! The Elton John & Billy Joel concert was so good. Saw Adele a month ago, and she's funny as hell, and so effortless when she sings. I could go on & on...
@purplg8r OMG! the same thing happened to me. We were at the Stevie Nicks and Rod Stewart concert in the nose bleeds and we decided to get a drink before going to our seats and a crew member came up and asked if we wanted to sit front row. It was amazing! @GeorgiaWife6912 We have an outdoor concert venue here, and country concerts there in the summer are a nightmare with all the young 19 yr olds getting so drunk (drinking age in Canada is 19). I'm going to Eric Church in March, hopefully it's not too crazy. @adirat your timing sounds like mine these last 2 months. We've only managed 2 days in the whole FW. And my H drives me crazy because he always responds "it only takes one time". @lulu1180 I'd love to give you some insight, but I'm just learning this whole chart thing, so sending some good luck instead.

@BertieMeetsGertie So sorry for cd1 -- complain away my friend I am avoiding soy because I have a short lp (8 days or fewer, up to 10 days last cycle when I stopped eating soy and got rid of most of my paraben/phthalate cosmetics). My 8dpo progesterone bloodwork came back very low, so my endocrinologist suggested I avoid soy. Soy mimics estrogen in your body. Per my doctor, eliminating soy is less invasive than other testing about and solutions to low progesterone, plus I personally would rather try a dietary change first before taking a medication like progesterone supplements. That said, when I thought we were tta I didn't bother, just restarted it approx cd14, so who knows what will happen this cycle.
I don't think it's something everyone needs to do, but I did it to fix a specific issue and I think it's helping. It's just hard! I never knew how ubiquitous soy lecithin is.

@BertieMeetsGertie You definitely suffered cruel and unusual punishment last cycle. I'm really sorry. I will be right behind you because my temp dipped hard today but I usually don't get AF until late afternoon. Great minds think alike except I'm eating all the carbs instead. Thinking of you today xoxo
@Saralee797 I did not sleep great the night before last which could have caused a slightly elevated temp yesterday but wouldn't account for a .5 degree spike IMO. Also, my CP changed back to low yesterday and it doesn't usually vary that much so soon before O.
I'll see what happens tomorrow and may ask for another CS then.

R/R: I just found out my H is going to be away on what is set to be -1 and O day. Grumble grumble. Here's to hoping I ovulate a day or two early!

CD: 9
WAYDTGKU: BD, temping, checking CM and CP, green tea, PNVs, magnesium, CoQ10, limiting caffeine
R/R: It's Friday! And I'm feeling so much more rested than yesterday.
Also, TW, pregnancy mentioned
CS/Q: I think I may have O'd on CD 7 but when I put in a fake high temp tomorrow, it doesn't give me CH. Anyone want to give some input? @adirat @Saralee797 and anyone else who is interested.

Awesome.

@kiwi2628 boo for H going away!
@adirat I saw Jimmy in college too and it was an awesome tour! I still wear my concert Tee
@lulu1180 My BFF is coming into town and is also preggo and I too am hoping to find out what she is having!

R/R: This time I really do think I may have ovulated yesterday. Which would be the earliest since I've started temping. I guess it's kind of nice? (But the BSC wants to know what that means. Good things? Bad things?? Like I said, BSC.) But I'm actually going to be a little disappointed with our timing if that's the case. Usually my goal is EOD then ED for -1,O,+1. This'll be -5,-2,O,+1 (-4 and -3 weren't an option due to H's travel). So we'll see what tomorrow looks like.
In non-TTC news, I haven't been able to spend much time here this week. I've been getting big stuff done at work, though, and have had evenings out with friends/H every day this week. Hope you're all doing well and I'm looking forward to some time this weekend to catch up on everything!
CS/Q: not today!
GTKY: Hmm, either the small Ben Folds concert we went to (at my college, held in the gym) or the Dave Matthews Band one I went to at The Gorge and bought a VIP ticket for a reasonable price off of a guy who is always blowing money on things and then selling them for cheap later. So I got all of the VIP for a fraction of the cost. I also worked security for a Farm Aid concert and was only about 25' from the stage so I got to see a lot of great groups up close!
