  • @lulu1180 Where is your coverline normally? I would probably give you cd7 but I'm guessing FF doesn't want to since it's so early.

@buthayna I wouldn't be surprised if that is O and today is a fallback rise. They are stressful to see in a chart when you just want answers, but also totally normal. Today is still above where I would put your coverline.

@GeorgiaWife6912 I'm glad the appt went ok! I'm kind of surprised she wants to wait and see on pcos since you are ttc but also and just as important since pcos can contribute to weight gain which I remember you mentioning. Just me but I would go in sooner than six months if you continue not to conceive.

  • *lurking from TWW* @lulu1180 CD 7 would be extremely early to O. Want to share your chart?
It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*

  • @adirat My coverline has varied in the past from 97.5ish to 97.8ish.  Also, just an FYI, the open circle on CD4 was a late temp by about 2 hours

  • @adirat part of the reason for waiting is that I conceived in my second cycle with DS and this is just the start of my second cycle TFAS. I will probably lean a little close to the 4 month mark if I'm not pregnant by then but right now I'm just not convinced (or maybe don't want to be convinced?) I have anything to worry about.

  • @NYTino24 I added a screenshot in my original post.  I know CD7 is super early but I remember years ago when I wasn't on BC that my cycles were around 3 weeks or so.  Also, the previous 2 cycles, O was CD10

  • @lulu1180 In that case I would assume cd7... Though if it were me I'd probably keep hio eod just in case.

@georgiawife6912 I get it and definitely no need to worry about ttc yet, but pcos can affect other aspects of your health too, like insulin resistance. Just food for thought.

WAYDTGKU: right now pnv and temping

R/R: I'm not gonna lie, I'm struggling hard today ladies. I don't want to turn this into a dear diary post but to sum things up, my LP is normally 12 days. Last cycle I had decreasing temps from 8-11dpo, then a big spike at 12dpo and continued high temps for two more days. Needless to say, I really thought I was KU because I WAS late by 2 days. AF showed up this morning. What kind of body does that?!? And because I'm pissy today, I stopped at my local coffee shop for a treat. I got a drink that sounded really good (apple cider, butterscotch, and espresso). Turns out it's quite gross but I'm drinking it anyway because it cost me $5.  :(

    CS/Q: nothing to see here

WAYDTGKU: The main thing now is looking for soy lecithin in everything

Probably a dumb question, but why? I know soy isn't great for us ladies TTC but do we have to cut it out entirely? Are you doing it to see if it lengthens your LP? My pnv I think have this so it's making me wonder...

  • @bumpybump My last cycle was waaaaaaaay crazy (only 15 days and spotted the entire time).  Hopefully you're not experiencing something like that.

Also, I giggled a little at your GTKY.  Taylor Swift and Rob Zombie are about as different as you can get!

  • @darkrose88 I love Marvel! I never read the comics but I've watched all the movies. I'd love to get DH to Dr. Strange but I need him to go to see the Star Wars Rogue One next month so I need to pick my battles.

@BertieMeetsGertie So sorry for cd1 -- complain away my friend :( I am avoiding soy because I have a short lp (8 days or fewer, up to 10 days last cycle when I stopped eating soy and got rid of most of my paraben/phthalate cosmetics). My 8dpo progesterone bloodwork came back very low, so my endocrinologist suggested I avoid soy. Soy mimics estrogen in your body. Per my doctor, eliminating soy is less invasive than other testing about and solutions to low progesterone, plus I personally would rather try a dietary change first before taking a medication like progesterone supplements. That said, when I thought we were tta I didn't bother, just restarted it approx cd14, so who knows what will happen this cycle.

I don't think it's something everyone needs to do, but I did it to fix a specific issue and I think it's helping. It's just hard! I never knew how ubiquitous soy lecithin is.

  • @BertieMeetsGertie ditto what PP have said :( Complain as much as you need

  • Whoa you ladies are up  and at em today! @lulu1180  Yea it does look like CD7 is a possibility but certainly very early. Can't hurt to HIO just in case. I'm assuming nothing odd in your life to cause a spike?

@BertieMeetsGertie You definitely suffered cruel and unusual punishment last cycle. I'm really sorry. I will be right behind you because my temp dipped hard today but I usually don't get AF until late afternoon. Great minds think alike except I'm eating all the carbs instead. Thinking of you today xoxo
  • @Saralee797 I did not sleep great the night before last which could have caused a slightly elevated temp yesterday but wouldn't account for a .5 degree spike IMO.  Also, my CP changed back to low yesterday and it doesn't usually vary that much so soon before O.

I'll see what happens tomorrow and may ask for another CS then.
