Estrogen levels while on stims - is this low?

Today is stimming day 6 for me (have not had my injections for today yet). I had U/S and b/w this morning. I have lots of follicles (~20 on each side) so trying to prevent OHSS is a concern. We are also male factor so my RE expected me to be a high responder and I've been on very low doses of meds (37.5 menopur and 37.5 gonal f for 3 days, then gonal f increased to 75). My estrogen level today was only 132 - is this normal? Low? It seems low to me from what I've seen others post but honestly I don't really know. They're keeping me at the same dose of 37.5 menopur and 75 gonal f so maybe it's ok?

U/S revealed two measureable follicles, but the others were all still under 10mm. I've had absolutely no side effects at all until today when I started getting crampy, which actually made me happy Bc I feel like something is happening lol

DH: Diagnosed with Testicular Cancer in 12/15 resulting in right orchiectomy &one round of BEP chemo. Banked sperm prior to treatment. Not enough in storage to risk on IUI so encouraged to go right to IVF w/ICSI.
Together since 2001. Married 10/2013
10/24/16 - Began stims (menopur & gonal f) for 1st round of IVF on high responder antagonist protocol.
11/5/16 - Lupron trigger.
11/7/16 - 13 eggs retrieved; 8 mature; 5 fertilized
11/12/16 - 5 day ET of 1 hatching embryo
Beta scheduled for 11/28!

    I think it's probably ok after 5 days of stims! The goal is to not get one or two large ones to pull ahead and for them all to grow together. Did they give you any details of the follies below 10? Hopefully there are some between 6-10 even if they don't call them measurable. As far as estrogen, mine was 160 after 3 nights of stims, 340 after 6 and 860 after 9. Do you go back in two days? Hopefully they can up the stims if needed then? They are probably just taking you slow since there may be a bunch right below measurable and they don't want you to over stim all at once!

    Diagnosis: Mild Endo, DOR (AMH of 1.5), Poor Quality Eggs/embryos, Displaced Window of Implantation (ERA Post Receptive)
    March-May 2016: 1 TI and 2 IUIs- BFN 
    June 2016- Laproscopy- found/removed mild endo and confirmed only 1 normal healthy ovary.
    August 2016- IVF #1 with Antagonist Protocol- Cancelled (2 lead follies), converted to IUI- BFN
    Oct-Nov 2016- IVF #2 with Estrogen Priming Micro Lupron Protocol, 2 eggs retrieved, day 3 transfer of 1- BFN
    January 2017- New RE, IVF#3 with Estrogen Priming Antagonist Protocol, 12 eggs, 8 mature, 6 fertilized, 2 day 5 early blasts transferred (none to freeze :(), BFN
    May 2017- Sept 2017- Starting Donor Egg process! Waiting for donor to be available... and then she is pregnant at baseline :(
    Oct 2017- Donor #2: 25R, 22M,18F, 12 blasts frozen! Fresh transfer cancelled due to thin lining with fluid :(
    Nov 2017- Hysterscopy to remove polyp
    Dec 2017- DE FET #1 on 12/8 on 2 perfect blasts- BFN and devastated
    Jan-Mar 2018- ERA #1- Post receptive by 24 hours, ERA #2 RECEPTIVE with 4 days of Progesterone
    Apr 2018- DE FET cancelled for lining issues :(
    Jun 2018- DE FET #2 of two 1AA blasts- first BFP ever! Beta 10dp5dt- 378, Beta 14dp5dt- 2840, Beta 16dp5dt- 4035, beta 18dp5dt- 10916. Due on 2/20 with one baby after a vanishing twin
    Baby Born born early @ 33.5 weeks due to Pre-e
    Back for # 2!

    @JamieH2000 thanks! No she didn't give me any details on the smaller ones. It looked like she just glanced at them quickly and moved on. I do go back Monday so hopefully there will be a lot more growth. I guess since they didnt increase my stims today that maybe its okay.

    I know what it's like to worry each day of this process, but I think it's a good sign they didn't feel the need to up the meds. I would definitely ask a lot of questions on Monday so you don't have to worry as much. I usually have to force myself to ask what's my count and estrogen and all that, since I don't want to be annoying. But I personally feel better knowing the full situation so I don't have to wonder. Good thing Monday is less than 2 days away and things can grow a lot in 2 days!
