Urgent question

My 4 month old is on medication for silent reflux.. doctor said give each dose 1 hour before eating and 2 hours after feeding. idk y it didn't Dong on me to ask and now they r closed I called but does the 2 hrs afree feeding start at the beginning of the feeding or when he's finished eating..??

If I give him his meds at 9 then he eats at 10 then gets his meds at 12 then eats at 1 and it goes on  and on  so that makes it every 3 hrs he's eating.. if II starting the 3 hrs at the beginning of the feeding... it's all so cconfusing

He gets fed every 3 hours if I start the 2 hrs at the beginning of each feeding**

That sounds right timing but it seems like a lot of medicine. Can you call the pharmacist? If there's a 24 hour one near you?

My doc just said 20-30 minutes after eating is ok. But I've seen online it should be longer. The pharmacy said just put it in the bottle! I'm so confused!!
