@mrs35 That's so funny! Where I'd live, you'd have to be crazy to use any door BUT the front!! You'd literally have to open the side gate and go through the garage or walk all the way around to the back patio. Talk about intrusive!
@littlebug2010 I'm so sorry about YH's work situation - that's so stressful that he never knows when he's going to have to go in, and at what hour! Sounds like they definitely need to hire more people!
@bumpybump GL to YH in his new job - hope the hours aren't too bad. Engineer #1 at a start-up sounds amazing (if a bit stressful)!

@britters314 So sorry about your CD1 - GL with everything to come!
@antoto I think all our hopes are just as high for you this cycle!! Your chart.. just wow. I think I'm in love. FX!!!

R/R: Rave: yesterday I went ice skating again for the first time in 15 years and it was AMAZING! Muscle memory is incredible and I was so excited by how much came back so quickly! I won't be jumping or spinning again for a while, but still, I was FLYING and it was the best most amazing work out. Rant: HOLY. HELL. I am sore today. And I was SO COLD and TIRED afterwards (none of which I noticed in the moment), that I think I might have gotten sick because my throat is killing me. Oh well, totally worth it
CS/Q: FF has finally settled on the O date with an obvious thermal shift so I'm just going to try to chill about it for a bit (famous last words).
GTKY: Tell me 10 things that I'd see when I walk in your door? Coat tree, shoe basket, key hooks, sofa I hate, arm chair I love, fireplace, pumpkin from our yard on hearth, gallery wall of black and whites from our wedding, dining room, big glass doors to back patio.

@Pepper16 Luckly my DH doesnt have to go into work to fix stuff, so he gets to be home for it, but during his full on call weeks he can be called 24/7 so in the middle of the night (which happens often) and weekends. We were out last weekend and he had to bring his computer with him, and we needed to make sure we were close enough to somewhere with wifi, luckly we live in a city so its not hard to find, but super annoying. I think I feel most bad becuase hes worried how it will work with kids, and I know how excited he is to be a dad, but also how much he usually loves his job.

@littlebug2010 Yeah that's really tough! Having to be "on call" like must be so stressful (especially when you're trying to get away for a weekend!). I'm so sorry to hear he's worried about it will be when you have kids. It sounds like since he generally loves his work and that he gets to be home for the fixes, it'll just be one of those things that'll be tough sometimes and that will certainly need an adjustment period, but nothing insurmountable!

What she said @britters314 I will definitely miss you but I completely understand that you have to do what is right for you. Good luck with the adoption process and FX for one of your own too
@pepper16 Im hoping that either some of the things he is working on will help to reduce the time he gets called, or that they hire one more person. I think that will take some of the stress off him and keep him from worrying, even though I told him Im not really worried (which im not). His company is great with new parents and im sure all will be fine.

I am sad to see all the BFNs and those of you having a tough day. Eat something yummy for me. @antoto That looks like a perfect PG chart to me. Sorry if I am feeding the BSC. I can't wait for tomorrow and I cannot believe you have not caved yet. @swimsister I definitely had to throw out a temp or two for the exact same reason. This cold is doing funny things to my chart. Going to make some homemade vodka sauce with pasta and the leftover homemade bread from this weekend. OH and my RE called to say that my TSH is 2.25 and they don't have to adjust my dose which is AWESOME because that means no more monthly bloodwork! Rant: My suits were so tight when I went to get dressed this morning... just ugh. Do you guys this it is bad to diet when TTC?

GTKY: Tell me 10 things that I'd see when I walk in your door? So, I am glad to know that I am not the only one with a PILE of shoes at her front door. My tray is literally overflowing. @spk112 my DH has an ugly ass La-z-boy that he refuses to get rid of. It's in our basement. It's brown and has tears in it. He claims whoever sat there before he got it had the same sized butt because it fits him perfectly. His parents found it on the curb as a pair. His grandma took one and he took the other. When his grandma passed away he wanted the other and I said hell no! I hate that chair!!!!

@britters314 I am really sorry for what you're going through. I know this is just one person and it was in the 70s, but my parents tried for 7-8 years and then gave up and started looking into adoption. My mom's doctor put her on a drug no one thought would work, and then my mom got KU with my sister immediately, then me a few years later with the same drug. It doesn't happen every day, but it does happen. Best of luck to you.
