How far along are you? 11 weeks.

How big is baby? A fig.

Appointments this week? Nope, not until Halloween.

Symptoms? I've started having a few good days in between my nauseous days which has been nice. 

Rant/Rave/Questions? I really hope the RLP pain isn't going to last the whole pregnancy. Some days it hurts as much as it did in my third trimester with DS and I am over it already.

I hope that LO is laid back like DH. He doesn't stress easily and not much gets to him (I am the complete opposite). I hope he is creative like me.

How far along are you? 12 weeks

How big is baby? 2 plums 

Appointments this week? NT Scan and Harmony test today! So excited to see my babies again but also nervous.

Symptoms? Nausea comes and goes, sore boobs and exhaustion.

Rant/Rave/Questions? So excited to be moving into the 2nd tri and knowing I'll be feeling more like myself soon.

Same that DS got, DH'a amazing immune system. (I get sick all the time) and my green eyes. I would like at least on of the twins to look a little like me. My son doesn't really look like either of us, but my stepson is DH's mini me.

How big is baby? A lime

Appointments this week? Not until Monday, but I may call and see if can get our Harmony blood draw done on Friday since I'm afraid of not having enough time to do it all on Monday before getting DD off bus.

Symptoms? A little crampy (I think it is digestion related) and always hungry.

Rant/Rave/Questions? I am so tired of being bloated...I drink so much water so I feel like this just should not be an issue!

SO: I hope it's a boy , haha kidding. I hope he/she has his sense of humor. My girls sure do!! ME: I hope they are empathetic to others...I feel like I am.

two limes! seems fast to be that big!

I have one tomorrow thank goodness! I'm dying to know that they're okay still  

Super tired, headaches, sore boobs, food aversions, but the tummy issues are starting to subside thank goodness!

My husband is a huge goofball, so I hope they get that trait. It makes life so fun. However, I worry wayyyy less than he does, so I hope they get my calmness in that respect

Appointments this week? Not until Election Day!

Symptoms? My nausea seems to be subsiding. I'm still exhausted and getting headaches almost every day. I've had some moderate cramping which makes me nervous but no spotting so I'm just trying to go with the flow

Rant/Rave/Questions? I finally got to tell one of my best friends this weekend. We cried and it was hilarious. She has an 11 week old and it's so fun that our kids will be less than a year apart!

I hope it gets MH's athletic ability and my intelligence. That feels funny to say. But I'm definitely the more academic-minded of the two of us!

Rant/Rave/Questions? 
My appointment was supposed to be today, but now its rescheduled for tomorrow. I wanted to tell the lady, "I've only been waiting forever for today and now I have to wait another day!"

His determination, my empathy. Also his blue eyes and my brown hair for this baby (we have one that has his light features and one that has my dark features already so I hope this baby is a mix of both!)

Nope.  I got nothing until my NT u/s next month.

Symptoms?

Just sore boobs.  Hoping this means I'm sliding into 2nd tri relief a little early.

Rant/Rave/Questions? 
Apparently my bladder thinks we are 9 months pregnant at night. I have to pee about every 2 hrs.

GTKY: 
Well, DD inherited DH's impatience and my stubbornness.  Let's hope this kid inherits DH's humor and easy going personality and my outgoing-ness.

Appointments this week? I have my 11 week appointment, I'm excited to hear the heartbeat again

Symptoms? MY nausea has gone from a constant just ick feeling to a randomly hits me hard and strong... I think I preferred the constant...

Rant/Rave/Questions?   I did the Harmony blood work last Thursday, I'm anxious to hear the results. I just want my baby to be healthy.

I'd love our little one to have a mixture... My husband is very passive and I'm aggressive it would be nice to have someone that is a combination. My husband has super oily skin, mine is super dry so a combo would be perfect. We are both intelligent, my husband  knew he never wanted to do the traditional college and instead pursued paramedic/firefighter, he is actually way smarter than I am.

Our child will be a Chicago sports team fan specifically; CUBS, Bears, Bulls, and Hawks!!! 

The main trait I want my child to have from me is to be accepting of everyone!! I grew up in an adopted multicultural family and I teach special education. I want my kids to accept everyone regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation or ability.

How big is baby? Size of a fig.

Appointments this week? Nope, but I had one last week and heard the heartbeat.

Symptoms? My symptoms are definitely starting to lessen. I still have some nausea, but it's very very mild and only in the morning. I'm also still pretty tired.

Rant/Rave/Questions? Today, my boss approached me and said "So I heard rumors that you're pregnant." Keep in mind that my boss is an extremely inappropriate person with no filter so I can't say I'm entirely shocked that she said this. However, I haven't really told a lot of people and I definitely didn't tell a single person at work. So, I was completely caught off guard because I have no idea who would say that to her and why. I'm not showing at all and my symptoms have been very minimal so it's not like I've been acting pregnant at work. I was really pissed because I didn't want to tell anyone at work until at least the end of the first trimester.

My husband is just such a nice, patient, and accepting person. I would love for our LO to inherit that from him. I would also like our LO to inherit my strong work ethic.

(2) Fingers Crossed for you tomorrow!    Our good friend literally almost had a heart attack the other night watching the game. We were texting and could tell he was about to faint, he was so amped up and anxious!

How big is baby? Size of a hot jalapeño! 

Appointments this week? None for 3 weeks.

Symptoms? Still nauseated and constipated. Super exhausted all the time. 

Rant/Rave/Questions? I want the nausea to go away already! FX it does! It never really did with DD but it did with DS so I'm hoping that since this one is a boy too, that it will go away.

Haha!! Is it too early to have pregnancy brain because you're right it does sound like that!! 

I guess to to clarify I'd like child who is easy going but still has an opinion and can stand up for themselves!

Both DD and DS look like my DH and MIL and while I typicallly get along really well with MIL, it really pisses me off when she seems to forget whose babies they are... I'd love this kiddo to take after MY side of the gene pool.
