My twin boys were 6 weeks & 2 days early, and turned 1 Sept 3rd. They still dont walk. So im curious to know how old your LO was before he/she started walking..
My son was born at 34 weeks and started really walking around 14 months. He took a few steps shortly after his first birthday, but wasn't full time walking until 14-15 months.
My LO was born at 33 weeks and he didn't start walking until he was 16 months. My pedi said he wouldnt be concerned until we hit the 18 month mark, thankfully we didn't get there.
30 weeks here- one is walking now at 13months- the other two are definitely not ready and likely won't walk until 15/16months at least. its normal for a term baby not to walk by age one. My niece born at 39w didn't walk until 15m.
My LO was born at 27 weeks, she started walking at 15 months (12months adjusted). Babies typically start walking between 12 and 16 months. You would adjust your preemies age until they've caught up ...usually between 18- 24 months.
