GTKY: Now that you are almost done with your pregnancy, or are done with your pregnancy, would you do this all over again? Is this your last child, or do you want to have more?

How far along are you?  OR How old is your outside baby?  39 weeks. Come on baby, we're ready for you!!

What size is baby?  Watermelon or Pumpkin

Upcoming appointments?  I go this Friday for another quick check. At my appointment last Friday I was not dilated at all, so they are guessing I will go past my due date....

Rants/Raves/Questions?  I'm becoming so super uncomfortable and can only sleep for about 2 hours at a time. Since I am saving all of my leave at work for after baby is born, I am working up until I go into labor. This is becoming exhausting, but I know it will be worth it in the future. Not sure if this is a rant or a pep talk to myself.

Symptoms?  Heartburn, baby is constantly kicking my ribs on the right side only and I am getting so sore (I've been icing, but open to other suggestions!!), swelling in feet and ankles, my wedding rings don't fit anymore and I have bought a fake ring to wear until the swelling in my fingers goes down, exhausted but can't get a good sleep, hungry but have no idea what I'm hungry for most of the time, pelvic pressure, and peeing a ton more often (barely anything comes out, but I have to go NOW).

GTKY: Now that you are almost done with your pregnancy, or are done with your pregnancy, would you do this all over again? Is this your last child, or do you want to have more?  This is our first child, and we want one more in about 2 years. I would do this all over again, but I didn't have a particularly bad pregnancy. I am definitely looking forward to getting my body back though!! I can't wait to lay on my stomach, and also lay on my back and breathe at the same time!!

Upcoming appointments? Tuesday - last one before my due date so I hope I've made some progress!

Rants/Raves/Questions? Sooo ready for this baby to get here. The past 4 nights I've had some cramping/contractions but they haven't panned out. Even though I was 1cm dilated/70% effaced at my last doctor's appointment, I fear I'll go past my due date!

Symptoms? So uncomfortable all the time. Can't sleep, can't sit in a normal chair, can't go 30 minutes without running to the bathroom.

GTKY: Now that you are almost done with your pregnancy, or are done with your pregnancy, would you do this all over again? Is this your last child, or do you want to have more? Honestly I have had a pretty easy pregnancy and even though these past few weeks have dragged on, I feel like these 9(ish) months have gone by so fast. We definitely plan on having a second child, and I'd guess we would start trying in 12-18 months. But we shall see! I am looking forward to having my body back for at least a little while!

Upcoming appointments? Wednesday, they are going to check me again for the first time since my 36 week appt, and I will probably cry if I am not at least dilated a little, even though I know it doesn't really mean anything. I was 60% effaced at 36 weeks, and have been having contractions off and on since then. 

Rants/Raves/Questions? Just ready for baby to come at this point. I am still physically feeling ok most of the time, but have contractions for several hours most days now that end up just stopping at some point. Every night I go to bed thinking that this could be it. 

Symptoms? Lots of pelvic pressure, trying to get out of bed is almost impossible at this point, and plenty of contractions that I hope mean I am at least making some progress.

GTKY: Now that you are almost done with your pregnancy, or are done with your pregnancy, would you do this all over again? Is this your last child, or do you want to have more? The second half of this pregnancy has actually been really easy, but we have always only wanted one child, so I have no plans to do this again.
