1: How far along are you?
14 weeks today
2: How was your last week?
Meh. I'm still feeling nauseous on and off and oh so tired. The nausea has been getting better over the past 2 weeks, but it's still around. Between the two my motivation to workout has been zilch.
3: What are your goals for the week ahead?
New week new goals (at least that's what I'm trying to tell myself)! I want to start doing pilates again. I do these online workouts so it's literally just getting myself to actually turn one on every day and muddle through it. There are short workouts (like 10-15 mins) and long ones (45+ mins), but I think my goal for this week is one short one every day. I also want to start going on walks again. Best time would be after my daughter wakes up from her afternoon nap & before dinner (I usually end up sitting on the floor while she plays lol). Just need to make myself do it.
4: How are you going to treat yourself this week/celebrate your body and its accomplishments?
I'm going to go hunt for a pair of maternity jeans! Jeans are SO hard for me to find (#tallpeopleproblems) and maternity pants are even worse. I was pregnant in the summer last time so I own exactly 1 pair of maternity jeans that are currently too big (wore them towards the end last time). My regular jeans are getting really uncomfortable, so it's time to invest some time and effort into a good pair of jeans that I can wear now.

I love maternity tops. I recently pulled out a bunch of my old tops from my last pregnancy and they are all long enough & have wonderfully long sleeves. Back to the #tallpeopleproblems where nothing fits me
6: GTKY: What's your favorite kind of sandwich?
Oh pregnancy. When thinking about food can simultaneously make you STARVING and totally sick. I think if I had to choose just one, I'd say some kind of turkey + cheese + avocado combination. But I also love love chicken salad, tuna, and roast beef sandwiches (all separate, of course, ha!). This week I got a container of chicken salad from Whole Foods and it was AMAZING on some fresh sour dough bread. Yum. Now I'm hungry.

2: How was your last week? Much better! I managed to get up and work out a few early mornings, walked at work, and made it to the gym as I had hoped for. Not perfection, but I'll take it.
3: What are your goals for the week ahead? More of the same!
4: How are you going to treat yourself this week/celebrate your body and its accomplishments? Sleep as much as possible, probably eat some yummy Cajun food since most of my aversions are gone now!

pretty good work out wise, but I could have eaten a little better. I need to get back into more fruits and veggies, they just don't seem appetizing right now.

Run 5 days, between 4&6 miles per day. Eat more fruits and vegetables

Hopefully we will go on a nice fall bike ride this weekend if the weather holds out.
