Target employee here. You can get multiple gift cards! Its just like the diaper deal where you need to meet all qualifications.

@baccorea yep! It's a smoking deal! We have been having issues with the $40 one not working correctly when you've already received other GCs, but I know at my store we've just been overriding it.
