This is a weekly check-in for those in their 2nd trimester: weeks 14 through the end of week 27.

Congrats to all the strong ladies who have made it this far! It's such a great feeling and we've all accomplished so much! We are now 1 week closer to the end of this especially long journey we call "infertility".

Hello second tri ladies! I finally get to join you over here!

Today I am 14+2 with triplets! We don't yet know the sexes and are aiming for an EDD of 03/10/17! We have our next appointment on 10/24 (just one more week!) for a check of our LOs, and we might find out the sexes. @Tulips29 can you please add me!

@Tulips29 Thanks! Haha, yeah, with growing three people in my body, some days I just don't feel like doing anything. Clean dishes will sometimes sit in the dishwasher for days before I have to unload them! And sometimes at dinner time I'm just like "whatever you want, tell me... no, that's too much work... okay pasta and sauce it is!"

@ultratomato what a beautiful picture! Ugh I really want to do a maternity shoot but by the time I'll get around no to it, I'm afraid it'll be too cold here to do such pretty scenery shots. I feel like it's still too early to do one now.

yesterday dh and I went to a private 3D u/s place so we could find out the sex and to my shock it's a boy! The technician got a great view right between the legs and before she even said it I yelled out its a boy. Dh has been on cloud 9 ever since, it's nice to see him so excited. Now the hunt for a name begins. Both our initials are ALK so we want an A first name but nothing is sticking out that we love. Good thing we have 25 weeks to figure one out!

Hi Everyone! Joining y'all over here in the 2nd trimester. I made it woo!!!!

1) Little bit abt me - mostly in my siggy, but if you're on mobile... I'm 27, hubby 32. NTNP right after marriage in 2014. Decided to seek help from fertility doc in Oct 2015 after 1+yr of no pregnancy. 3 unsuccessful IUIs from Dec 2015 - Feb 2016. IVF in April/May... fresh transfer was unsuccessful. FET in July with success!!!
2) Growing a singleton! Currently 14 w + 1d, with EDD of 4/16/2017
3) We aren't going to find out the sex. Just painted our nursery green this past weekend!
4) Next appointment is Nov. 14th - ugh! Will have anatomy scan then. Can't wait to see bebe! Haven't seen him/her since 9 weeks!

Hi Ladies!! So happy to have made it over here with all of you.  I am 14+4 today with a little boy.  All my information is in my siggy.  This is DS #2 for us and we're very excited!  Had an OB appt last Friday and was measuring a few days behind, but my OB didn't seem too concerned. I also had high blood pressure which is not normal for me, so she ran some blood work to make sure nothing weird is going on.

These meme's are amazing!  I can relate to so many of them...

I love the QOTW and all of your responses! Still feeling nauseated occasionally and kind of lazy because I have so much to do around the house and my energy hasn't come back yet (I've heard it comes back!). I bought Halloween candy earlier this month and normally don't eat much, but I've had 3 binges where I had to try one of every kind (5).  I'm taking advantage of an extra dental cleaning this week, and plan to save the rest of the candy for the kids. I'm not really puffy, but there's slight swelling around my ankles by the end of the day. So these memes all represent how I'm feeling right now.

@chicandbubbly so jealous of your baby moon! Dh and I did 10 days in Hawaii for our honeymoon. Dh and I plan on going back for our 5yr anniversary but with a one yr old we may hold off until the 6yr.

Lol @AandDM2014 my husband pretty much accepted the fact that I'm tired and dinner might not always be done. Some days I get a burst of energy and am excited to cook but some days I'm just a lazy slug. Good thing he cooks well so I have an excuse for the next few months

So this is my last day in the 2nd trimester and tomorrow I will be starting my third. Went to OB today and finally got an answer on how many weeks they will let me go before having the babies and they said 38 weeks! So that means these girls will be arriving in the end of December

My AFP came back normal (and quicker than expected). Now we just have the anatomy scan in 2 weeks.
