@osucma I wouldn't give up a house over $1000, personally. The way we do it here, we make an offer price ("net to seller" and then ask for "seller concession" which gets added to net to seller, bringing it to the "offer price." So basically you are financing in your closing costs, the seller isn't bringing any cash to the table. I tell people I paid $152k for my house, but the papers say $162k because I needed 10k (plus!) for closing.
Then again, I had several instances while house hunting that petty things like a disagreement over $1000 or less made me reassess how much I wanted that house and I realized that I was using that as an excuse to back out because it wasn't meant to be my house.

@theweevee and @KhRun17 I was also wondering if it might reassess and put my O date where I think it should be be, CD 13 or 14. I've never had a coverline that high, but I also get lazy about temping after O, so I'm not sure if it would matter if I keep it up or not.

@BaileyM321 Thank you, and I can understand if you wouldn't get on a plane at all! I hate flying too, but mostly because I like to be in control and not subject to search and delays, packing limits, etc.

@hartmich I'm sorry for your loss and the ongoing pain. RE: candles, I just don't understand why people feel the need to have open flames in the house... Especially with kids around! I'm on a big cleaning group on fb, and it's always like "my candle fell over (or scentsy) so help me get this red wax off everything!!" WHY???

@WillRunForWine21  I'm having a similar problem with my chart this month - I think it was earlier than FF is telling me, CD 13/14. If I change the OPK data, it brings my coverline back to my lower normal range. What happened with my OPKs is that on CD 12 or 13 I got on "almost positive" one, and then it went back to almost stark white on the next test, so I thought we missed it and were out. Then I kept testing and got 2 very very dark (darker than control line) tests on CD 14 and 15, so I marked those positive and the earlier I disregarded. Which tests can be trusted?? Like you, it doesn't matter at this point, but it's annoying! Compare altered OPK chart below to the one on pg 1.

@Kiki75 I agree that the earlier date seems likely, although that is super early for me!

My temp was still above CL today, but I got an open circle for testing an hour earlier - thanks Dog, at least you are alive, but respect the temping alarm when trying to get me up!

@Sugargirl1019  I've never actually been to a corn maze, but this one was in our project area this week, so when we saw the aerial not knowing what it was, we were like WTF???
