Daycare newb questions

So LO just turned one on Tuesday and my year of self induced maternity leave is officially up. I'm going back to work in a week or so and I'm freaking out about daycare. What do I send with him? It's the CDC of a military base so I don't know if that's at all different. He eats very well but still nurses throughout the day. He doesn't take bottles but he's a sippy cup pro. I don't have a huge freeze stash but I have a bit, and we haven't started milk yet but I was going to do it now anyway. Soooo, send sippys with bm or almond milk/bm mix? Snacks? Idk how he'll deal without nursing all afternoon, he's a bit clingy. How did yours do? I would love any and all advice. TIA. I can't believe my baby is going to day-care!

My daughter just started daycare right after her first bday too. She goes 3 days/week. She still nurses very frequently, and I have no current plan to wean. 

I send 2 sippies with my milk, she drinks them well. She doesn't seem to need more (they offer meals and snacks recently, plus I'm not there so I think that helps!). 

She nurses before I take her, and after I pick her up I swear she would nurse all night if I let her! Definitely more clingy but overall adjusting well. I pump as much as possible while she is gone (I don't respond to a pump all that well anymore). 

I think it's a great time to introduce her to a more structured environment with lots of stimulation which daycare definitely provides. Really the only downside (other than obviously missing my buddy all day!) is that she's been sick twice already. So, it would be helpful to have a plan for what you'll do when your LO gets sick and can't go to daycare, because it's gonna happen.

I would ask what they provide. Some ladies have issues because the 1 yr old rooms don't have refrigerator for the mom bm. Do you need sheets blankets lunches ?
