Help mommies!

My baby is 11 months and 3  weeks and lately she's been so so fussy at night and refuses to go to bed .. and when she does she wakes up within 1 hour and will stay up and won't go back to sleep!! 
Are any of you going through this!? Idk what to do to try to help her sleep better .. any help!

Is she napping too close to bed time? Maybe needing to cut down to one nap a day
