Still not posting questions because at this point there aren't many of us. Looks like a lot of people have their tests this week and next week, fingers crossed this stays a small club but if you do get diagnosed here's a place to come to ask questions or vent with those of use who are in the same boat.
Re: GD Check-In 10/3
On Friday, I hit 2 solid weeks of no high numbers, I was thrilled (and have kept it going). I really think it took my body a week to adjust. It was a rough weekend where the healthy food didn't sound good and seemed too tough to prepare. I stayed in my carb counts for the most part, but it definitely wasn't the best choices for food. Getting back in to the routine this week.
How frustrating...hopefully they have some good news for you on Tuesday!
Some of my numbers seem to be running low lately. Not worrisome low but definitely lower than they were running 2 weeks ago. After lunch I'm typically between 110-125 but today was at 88. After breakfast is my highest number normally between 120-135 and the last couple days it's been around 110 and I'm eating the same things. All my numbers look good but it's weird that they are getting lower considering everything I've been told is that as I get further along it should be harder to control with diet. GD is strange.
