  • 1. I didn't do well. It was the last week of my training program, and everything was just crazy. There was a ton of walking built into my regular days, however, and I did one 50 minute prenatal yoga video, so it should be easy enough to get back on the horse this week now that I'm home.

    2. Daily dog walks, yoga at least once, gym and/or jogging a couple of other times.

    3. My inner hips (hip flexors I think) have started to get really sore after big walking days, like I go more than a couple of miles or when I had to truck it across Detroit airport with a heavy backpack the other day. Recovery from this seems to take way longer than it used to. Probably just par for the course but it's annoying!

    4. H and I were discussing this the other day. I'm a crazy craft beer fan, but I know there's a good chance of me falling asleep during my first beer post-baby so I don't want anything too crazy or rare that I'd be sad about wasting. H said he's going to brainstorm the perfect solution and surprise me. I'll also probably order delivery sushi from the hospital (I know many of you have kept trucking with the sushi and both I and science support you, but it makes my poor H so nervous that he's given it up with me out of solidarity).

    1. Last week was not great for me. My dog was much sicker still than I thought he would be (to the point where he wouldn't eat or drink unless I spoon fed him), so my nights were dedicated to that. I was able to redeem myself a little this weekend walking about 3 miles while going to a college football game. I also did a ton of cleaning and organizing yesterday that had me on my feet most of the day!

    2. 3 walks with my dog and try a prenatal yoga video

    3. I just get winded or tired so easily! It requires me to take a lot of breaks

    4. I'm a huge IPA fan. One of our local breweries just bottled my favorite double IPA so that will probably be my first drink! And snack on a nice cold Jimmy John's sandwich

    I did pretty well. Made it to the gym 4 days and upped my water intake.
    2. What are your goals for next week?
    Continue drinking more water. I realized on the days I don't make it to the gym that I'm not drinking as much water.

    I have been having legit pregnancy cravings for alcohol so it will probably be a nice big glass of wine.
