Long story short, my hcg didn't double, and now it's dropping. However the actual bleeding and miscarriage hasn't happened yet, so the waiting is really difficult, because the longer I wait, the more it gives me a little hope that maybe somehow it won't happen, which is just going to be more crushing when it does. Has anyone else had a long wait in between your numbers dropping and starting to bleed?
Hugs and prayers ❤️ Bleeding was my first sign of loss both times so I don't know what my numbers were, the loss boards are extremely supportive and might have more answers ❤️

I didn't have to wait long but my losses have always been very early on. I'm sure the waiting is torture. I'm so sorry you're having to go through this again.
With my last miscarriage they were able to give me a pill so that it would happen that day rather than having to wait since they couldn't say how long I'd be waiting. Maybe you could look into it I'd the waiting is too tough. I'm so sorry that this is happening to to you!
Sorry your going through this, mine took around 2 weeks to happen, you don't actually start miscarrying until your numbers start getting close to 0. Check out the loss board here on TB, they helped me out a ton a couple months ago.
I never had my numbers checked. I had spotting and an ultrasound that confirmed I was about to miscarry. My baby stopped growing at 6 weeks and my body didn't miscarry until almost 9 weeks. I was shocked it took that long to happen, but I miscarried completely and didn't have to undergo a D&C. I hate that you are going through this. I wouldn't wish this pain on anyone. You're in my thoughts.
I'm so, so sorry. I had a missed miscarriage- so my body didn't recognize the loss. My hormones never went down until after my d&c, but it was a little later of a loss (found at my 13 week scan) and my levels were over 300,000. (Which worried them at the time there was something more going on) I'm thinking of you! I wish I could say something to take the pain away, but I know I can't.
I'm so sorry. We waited two weeks to miscarry after a diagnosed blighted ovum. At that point we scheduled a D&C because I couldn't stand the wait any more. Take care of yourself.

I'm so sorry to hear. My first indication of MC was the bleeding. My levels that day were 15. As your levels start to go closer to 0 you should start to bleed. I Know how frustrating it is. Hopefully it will happen soon and all be over for you. good luck....
I didn't know until I stated spotting 2-3 weeks later and got my confirmation at an U/S. I'm only 6 days into spotting/cramping/bleeding and it's going very slowly. I'm right there with you about the emotions involved in the waiting game, but I still want to have a natural mc. My midwives ate like yeah that happens, there's nothing you can do besides the pills or d&c to make it happen faster. Even my lovable crazy hippie online communities are divided on effectiveness of home remedies and alternative medicine. I hope things didn't drag on much longer for you. *hugs*
