Cleaner eating - there's been some overindulging in comfort foods and I know I always feel better when I eat healthier. Also, get in a few hikes - the humidity is finally gone and I can't wait to be outside.

Boss took us out to lunch that looks like something out of Diners,Drive-ins, and Dives. I had a Pulled Pork Mac n Cheese Melt... ya... enough said.
3. Rants/Raves/Questions:
The only real rant is an overbearing mother - I went on a jog a few days ago and man did she let me have it. I don't want to say "old wive's tale" every time she brings up a new thing I can't do but I'm starting to crack!
4. GTKY: What's your favorite thing to listen to (if anything) while exercising?
My super awesome playlist that I spent quite a bit of time compiling. Anything from motown, to Beatles, to 80s pop/rock, to modern Alternative...

To walk the dog every day and keep going to my Tuesday/ Thursday strength training class
In terms of food, I am trying to get more fruit in now that I'm not so sick.
2. Any challenges to meeting your goals this past week?
None! I'm finally starting to feel a bit better so my Tuesday/ Thursday classes felt really great. I'm crossing every part of my body that this keeps up so I can get back to MWF cardio sessions ASAP.
3. Rants/Raves/Questions: I just want to rave again that I felt kind of back to my old self in my classes. I wasn't dizzy and I was able to use the heavier weights.
4. GTKY: What's your favorite thing to listen to (if anything) while exercising? Audiobooks, podcasts, and sometimes music.
Run 4-5 days. Probably 4. I have a10k on Sunday so I will probably skip a day near the race.

Aside from the fatigue I think/hope I will be okay

I have a pretty old mix of alternative rock on my iPod shuffle. It could stand to be updated.
2. Any challenges to meeting your goals this past week? Being a bit tired, and eating every carb in front of me...

4. GTKY: What's your favorite thing to listen to (if anything) while exercising? I take a lot of classes - spin, barre and Pilates, so they always play fun music.
2. Any challenges to meeting your goals this past week? I was down and out for about a week with a respiratory illness.
3. Rants/Raves/Questions: I'm just ready to feel a bit better and get back on track with my workouts.
4. GTKY: What's your favorite thing to listen to (if anything) while exercising? If i'm lifting weights I want it to be rap or alternative. If i'm doing cardio just something upbeat.
