I was adopted when I was little but before I was adopted I was given back to my birth mother a couple times to see if she was capable of being a mother - she wasn't. I knew who my birth mother was before I was adopted and met her again when I was 18 (she hadn't changed at all - except for getting worse). I am willing to talk to others who were adopted as a way of support and a listening ear and I am willing to answer any questions about what it was like growing up having been adopted, etc for anyone thinking of adoption.
