Temping after early miscarriage

I had a miscarriage last week Sept. 7 I was 5 weeks along it was my first miscarriage. I am wondering when do I start temping/ttc the bleeding has stopped today and it's been a couple days since I have passed tissue/clot.

    I'm sorry for your loss. I would consider the first day of bleeding the start of the next cycle. You can start temping now. My our temperatures may be rocky for a bit from the loss or at 5 weeks they may go back to normal quickly. Everyone is a tad different but most of us prefer to track right away

    Thank you, I'm going to start tracking tomorrow I didn't track before but now since I have no idea when to expect my next period I want to start. We are hoping to get pregnant again soon.

    Something similar happened to me in mY. You can count the first day of bleeding as the CD1.
