Hi All! I am 38yo and just found out that I'm expecting baby #2 (I have a 22mo old). Took a home pregnancy test two weeks ago and it was pos. I have my first OBGYN appointment this Thurs. I'm a little nervous = a lot nervous  According to the online due date calculator I am about 8wks prego. I was extremely tired but didn't realize I was possibly pregnant and I'm a little worried about the massive amount of caffeine I consumed. Anyway, not to go on and on, but being pregnant causes me a lot of anxiety and I really need to figure out how to not stress.

Hi! Congratulations.   How exciting.   I was nervous too and quit caffeine entirely in the beginning.   I now drink a diet coke or half caff here and there. I'm 17 wks. Welcome!

Yeah! Congrats! Remember, not much crosses over before 6 weeks.  No biggie. Good luck at your appt. Keep us posted!

congrats and welcome i know what you feel about being excited and nervous. i feel like i have a mini panic attack every few days. it's overwhelming for sure, especially when it's unexpected!
