Symptoms? I think I am the most tired I have been today. Def dragging! Besides that, just sore breasts and slight nausea.

Rant/Rave/Questions? Okay. This is so TMI! Is it too early for hemorrhoids?  I've been... Um. Itchy. haha so gross!! Please tell me someone else is in the same boat! 

GTKY: What are you looking the most forward to about Fall/Winter? Any traditions that you are going to continue with your new (or growing) family? I just LOVE the crisp weather (when its dry), and layers! My family always did the 1 gift on xmas eve, and it was usually PJs, so I will probably do that. And ALWAYS a xmas movie on xmas eve. I want to do some other things too.

nausea is no longer every day, but every other day.  Today was one of those every other days and I puked this morning. 

Rant/Rave/Questions? 

RANT- We went over to the in laws and they have not yet put up my son's pictures.  I've given them numerous pictures throughout the year to put in their frames and she just has them sitting in a stack of papers.  Yet, they still have pictures of my brother in laws ex wives daughter up.  The daughter was the ex wive's kid from a previous marriage-not my brother in laws.  So there was no relation.  Oh and they've been divorced since last November...so almost a year! 

GTKY: What are you looking the most forward to about Fall/Winter? Any traditions that you are going to continue with your new (or growing) family?
Looking forward to the cooler weather!  And a yearly tradition is to watch A Christmas Story!

Symptoms? Still really tired and a little food aversion but everything seems to be getting much better (thank goodness!)

Rant/Rave/Questions? Just so tired - oh and DS' diapers are about to kill me.  I've never had issues with the diaper genie smelling but all of a sudden everytime I walk past it, it makes my stomach roll.  Definitely going to have to figure out something to get rid of the smell! 

GTKY: What are you looking the most forward to about Fall/Winter? Any traditions that you are going to continue with your new (or growing) family? I can't wait to go apple picking.  DS loves apples and I have a feeling he's going to be a crazy man running up and down the orchard.  Plus there's a market at the end that sells hand pies and I'm craving them majorly!

Hello all--doc changed my EDD so I'm switching from Thursdays to Mondays now! 

How far along are you? 9 weeks

How big is baby? Cherry/olive 

Appointments this week? I did have one, but they had me come in last Friday instead and I saw baby move its head and cannot tell you how ecstatic I was. 

Symptoms? Nausea lessened. Still gagging on toothbrush and aversions to things but I'm starting to be able to eat most of a meal. Dizziness lessened. So my primary symptoms are bad taste in mouth, exhaustion, forgetfulness, and darkening of veins on boobs and hips. 

Rant/Rave/Questions? I had some dear, wonderful friends visit me this weekend and it was to no end encouraging to see them and catch up. I'm still on a high from it. 

GTKY: What are you looking the most forward to about Fall/Winter? Any traditions that you are going to continue with your new (or growing) family? Normally I hate winter but I had a terrible summer so good riddance. I'm looking forward to time with family at the holidays. I wish I could drink more coffee and tea but I'm trying to stay away from it all for now. I will miss my hot coffee at work this winter!

Um... hope this question doesn't belong on the stupid question thread,  but wouldn't the Monday ticker change group have due dates of April 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th? I think the dates for this group correspond to a Saturday ticker change...I think.

Appointments this week? was supposed to have one today with my OB, but it was cancelled and moved to tomorrow

Symptoms? still some nausea but not that extreme anymore. Most bothersome ones are dizziness and palpitations. Lots of foods still don't sound good, such as red meat

Rant/Rave/Questions? Can't think of anything right now...

Halloween will once again be so fun with DD. Also looking forward to taking some time off for Christmas and baking cookies with DD. That's our little thing every year. she gets to cover herself in flour and decorate cookies

Hi ladies! I'm a new Monday ticker change. I had a due date of April 23 until my appointment on Friday. Now I'm due April 17.

How far along are you? 9 weeks

How big is baby? A strawberry 

Appointments this week? None until October 7

Symptoms? Nausea when my stomach gets empty, food aversions, exhaustion. 

Rant/Rave/Questions? We got to see our baby on Friday. I couldn't help but cry when I saw the flickering of the heart. I didn't find out about my missed miscarriage until 16 weeks so I still have fears. For this week, I can breathe easier though.

GTKY: What are you looking the most forward to about Fall/Winter? Any traditions that you are going to continue with your new (or growing) family?
I like taking the time to take my DS to a pumpkin patch. We have never gone Apple picking but I love the idea of starting that tradition and getting something yummy and homemade to eat!

Appointments this week? Nope - gotta get blood drawn for first tri/NIPT next week, but otherwise no appt till my b-day next month.

Symptoms?  SOOOOOOOOOO tired!  Maybe touches of nausea when DH is cooking.  Just.  So.  Tired.  Cannot sleep enough.  Zzzzzz.....

Rant/Rave/Questions?  Loving the lunch time naps in my car - even with car alarms going off in the parking structure

GTKY: What are you looking the most forward to about Fall/Winter? Any traditions that you are going to continue with your new (or growing) family?  Cooler weather - even today is cooler than it has been - September is usually the hottest month for us.  My family usually celebrates Christmas on Christmas Eve.  This will be our first Christmas married, so at the very least we'll probably continue the annoying tradition of having to travel to spend holidays with family since I'm from Central CA and DH is from Northern CA.

Appointments this week?  I have one tomorrow.  Going in for a viability scan and to confirm if there are twins or not (there was an extra yolk sac in my gestational sac during my first transvaginal u/s at 6w5d, but they couldn't find another baby at the time.  It's likely a vanishing twin, but we'll see!)

Symptoms?  My nausea is not as intense, but holy crap I am STARVING all the time!  Once I have a filling meal, I feel like I haven't eaten all day not even 20 minutes later.  Which in turn makes me feel nauseous again.   My boobs are HUGE, I need to buy new bras asap.  I'm exhausted 24/7.  I am also bloated and look like i'm 15 weeks pregnant, argh.  I'm trying to keep cool but am so paranoid that people are starting to get suspicious lol

Rant/Rave/Questions?  I'm not sure when we want to spill the beans, but I am SO EXCITED to tell my MIL!  Our due date is on her birthday and I know that would mean the world to her!  DH and I were busting at the seams when we saw her last week, but managed to keep quiet haha.

GTKY: What are you looking the most forward to about Fall/Winter? Any traditions that you are going to continue with your new (or growing) family?  I am totally looking forward to all the fall activities (hayrides, cornmazes, taking our nieces pumpkin picking, ect) and all the fall foods & treats, yum!

@M&Max, for the diaper genie - does it have a cartridge to change on top? The new ones do. Some people don't know that. It's in the lid. Also, I would throw coffee grounds in mine after making DH's coffee in the morning. That helped. But the biggest helper was one day when we weren't going to be home, I took the diaper genie outside and left it sitting out there open all day. The cool, autumn air right now will probably especially help!

Appointments this week? just had one today, first ultrasound!  Baby is right on target, perfect size and heartbeat

Symptoms? still tired all the time, frequent urination, still some nausea and vomiting, breasts are tender but not as bad as a few weeks ago

Rant/Rave/Questions? All my blood work came back great, but my blood pressure was extremely high, 180/122....they checked it again at the end of my appointment and it was 154/? (I forget). Still high, but my doctor was happier with that.  I have to check it twice a day for a week and go back in next Monday to review.  I'm nervous about it since it is so early.

GTKY: What are you looking the most forward to about Fall/Winter? Any traditions that you are going to continue with your new (or growing) family?  I love having cooler weather (it's so damn hot here in Florida)

I really wasn't trying to be daft with my question earlier...my pregnancy brain is real and I thought it was likely me that was confused.  Eek!  This is my first time posting on the Monday ticker change; I was previously on Wednesday but after a couple of ultrasounds I now feel comfortable moving to the earlier due date. 

How far along are you? 

11 weeks.

How big is baby? 
A lime.

Appointments this week? 
I had my Panorama (NIPT) blood draw today.  Next Monday I have the NT scan.

Symptoms?
Excessive urination, exhaustion, gagging when brushing my teeth.

Rant/Rave/Questions? 
Rave: I can't believe we'll know the gender of our baby in less than 2 weeks!!
Rant: I am so scared about the NT scan.  It was at this scan on Christmas Eve last year that we found out that we lost our daughter.  This next week will be stressful as I worry about if we'll make it past our previous point of loss. 

GTKY: What are you looking the most forward to about Fall/Winter? Any traditions that you are going to continue with your new (or growing) family?
Hunting and watching baseball in the fall.  Christmas day hike.  I grew up in the foster care system so I never had real family traditions, but I look forward to starting our own once we have children.

@STM2017  Yeah we tried changing the cartridge in the lid to no avail. I'm definitely going to try putting it outside in the sun this weekend though - Hopefully it helps! Thanks!

Appointments this week?  Nope, nothing until the NT on the 27th

Symptoms? My symptoms have gotten a bit better over the past week, which is frightening, but nice. I'm still tired, but not debilitating tired. Every few days or so I'll get a reprieve from the nausea and have a good appetite.  I read an article that said the hormones peak at week 9 and then start to stabilize after, which is why many of us are feeling better at 10+weeks.

Rant/Rave/Questions? I told my boss about the pregnancy, and it went really well. He's happy for us and told me to make sure I take it easy. I was terrified to tell him, because I don't know what they'll do when I'm on leave.

GTKY: What are you looking the most forward to about Fall/Winter? Any traditions that you are going to continue with your new (or growing) family? We love to go to the pumpkin farm and corn mazes- it's great to walk around in the crisp air and drink warm cider.

Appointments this week? not this week ; had an appointment last week and got to see and hear my babies heart beat at 158!!! it was the best thing I've ever heard, especially after having a missed miscarriage  its a big relief to hear/see the baby

Symptoms?i was feeling soo good until yesterday BAMM... here comes the nausea but its ok nothing to terrible, gum is def my bf right now

Rave* I'm gunna be a mommy im so excited after 3 years of trying were finally pregnant which feels amazing. 
Questions? * how long is everyone waiting to tell? Im only 9 weeks along and am so bloated i went to a wedding this weekend and could feel all the stares at my bump!

I'm excited for all the colors we see out side Im from Colorado so every season change is beautiful; also cant wait to find out the gender. All our family gets together for thanksgiving and i get the whole week off; cant wait!

All of fall - it's my favorite season. As long as we live in Indiana, we will always go to the Covered Bridge Festival - kind of flea markety, but it's all outdoors, and you always come home smelling like you rolled in a bonfire.
