All of you girls are best You guys keep me sane when I start freaking out over little crap. @DaniBanani16 Yeah, DH freaked out and was like "I knew sex was bad. I'm not listening to what the doctor says, no more." of course the one thing I enjoy right now lmao
Hopefully once you get the all clear from your doctor @alexxapplepiee, your husband won't be so freaked!! Fingers crossed they tell you this morning to stop worrying and it's RLP.
@peony2418 he's been freaked since we found out there are 2 little beans. I think after the ultrasound on Friday, he'll be fine. He's just worried about them like I am. I really think it's RLP. Also, I need those snacks.
So I don't know if I should post this here but I really need an answer on something. So TMI but last night me and DH were fooling around and all of a sudden I got this sharp pain on the left lower side of my abdomen, near my hip bone. We stopped right away and it was just aching a little bit so I went to bed. It's still bugging me today. I'm going to be 16 weeks on Thursday with twins and I just want to know if it's just a pulled muscle like I think it is or if I should call the doctors office? We have an appointment on Friday. It's the big ultrasound appointment when they check everything.
@alexxapplepiee Yeah, that definitely sounds like RLP to me! I get those sharp pains on occasion even just from something as simple as sneezing or rolling over in bed. I normally sleep with a pillow between my legs for comfort while pregnant, but ironically the one I used last night was too thick and gave me an AWFUL shock of RLP.

I am going craaaaazy waiting for the call with my Verifi results. They told me ~2 weeks, it has been 13 days -- I was really patient until yesterday and now I'm like pacing the house with my phone in my pocket.
I'm also a huge fan of countdowns, I use the app Days Since to see how many days from/to everything is. So I invented something amazing this morning... a pickle pizza burrito! it's delicious - I put bread & butter pickles on a tortilla with cheese on top, microwaved it, then put marinara sauce on it & rolled it up like a burrito! mmmm I think it's my new favorite thing to eat. Although it sounds pretty gross, huh?
@DaniBanani16 wish I could! Unfortunately I'm kind of essential and they would have to close down if I didn't show up and my coworker couldn't cover my shift. Good news though it got fixed this morning and now it's super cold lol.
My H hates veggies too. I did a Bolognese sauce once and I pureed the carrots and celery in with the ground meat sauce and that worked well!

Is it sad that I'm thinking of trying y'all's veggie hiding tricks on myself because pregnancy makes me want to avoid all vegetables? I swear I used to be a very healthy eater before getting knocked up...
I hear ya! So far this pregnancy is a repeat of my last one where I despise vegetables unless cooked into things. (Last night: stir fry) i was on the 21 day fix previous to pregnancy and was doing so well...
I had the worst dream EVER last night! It felt so real that I've been feeling uneasy today. I dreamt that I got a phone call saying that I lost the baby, even though I didn't have an appt, just a random phone call, and then later that evening my husband served me with divorce papers. It was awful! When I woke up I had the biggest sense of relief. I even busted out the doppler to make sure there was still a heartbeat. I know all of this is stemming from me waiting on my Harmony results to make sure we're all clear. Ever since I was given the odds of 1:71 for Down Syndrome I've been so anxious! Hopefully I get the call tomorrow or Thursday. My blood was drawn last Thursday.
@kjd291 yayyy!!! that's awesome!! I'm so excited for you! @kiyamurph I hate those kind of dreams ugh at least it was just a dream though! I hope you get the results back asap to put your mind at ease!
After you insert the picture, click on the "< / >" button. Before the last > on the picture name, type "height = xxx" with no spaces. Usually 250 or 300 works well for me.
FYI, that button is also how you get out of quote boxes if you get stuck in the box. Just go to the end, hit enter a few times, and start typing. Should get you out of the box.
@kiyamurph I hope your anxiety gets reduced by some good news soon. That's a scary dream!
So happy for you ladies that are feeling the babies already!
I just dream about ordering burritos and mostly feel gas.
My random of the day: I got my first Stitch Fix box in the mail and I love the maternity clothes they sent. I would have never picked them out in a store but they look great on! I'm pretty determined to not look like a frumpy tent this winter.
LOL at myself for posting twice in a row BUT for anyone trying to hide fruits and veggies, there's a new video on Tasty on FB right now for brownies with avocado mixed in! I'm a sucker for those Tasty videos even though I never make them!
I got sick at lunch the other day, packed up quickly and left.
Today I found a rogue taco in the pocket of my diaper bag. Oooppps! RIP Taco, gone and only temporarily forgotten.

AHS starts tonight. Normally I'd be very excited, but with the crazy dreams I've been having lately I'm not sure I should watch it before bed. That, plus there is no way I can stay up till 11 to watch it

I love AHS. I'm excited about this also!
Especially because I have no idea what it is about!
@babyisthenewblack I've been contemplating signing up for stitch fix, but I'm still on the fence. If you don't mind my asking, what are their prices like?
I'm not certain, but I think what she means is that she doesn't know what the "theme" will be. AHS is infamous for doing a different theme every year - circus, witches, insane asylum, etc.... but the promos for this season were incredibly vague and possibly intentionally misleading? It's quite intriguing!
@danibanani16 haha thanks for clarifying for me, yes I meant the theme. I'm very intrigued what it could be! Won't find out until tomorrow either, I will DVR it tonight.

Better than me... I won't find out until next year when the whole season comes out on Netflix, haha.

You can pretty much set your own budget. There's a bunch of questions that you have to answer and one of the options is, "the cheaper the better." I want to say that that equates to less than $50, but don't quote me. I got my second Fix last week and kept 2 items. I also kept 2 items the first time. I didn't set up a monthly Fix, just do it on demand. I like that option as too many of these subscription things charges you monthly, unless you go in and manually skip that month. I like that Stitch Fix gives you the option of getting clothes whenever you want.
@gracie4400 I was worried about that too. When I filled out the profile, I shamelessly selected "the cheaper the better" for every item. The net of this was that pieces ranged between $35 for a very cute long t-shirt in flattering material to $78 for a very stylish pair of casual burgundy maternity pants. There was a long sleeved dress in the $55 range and a cardigan in the $60 range that I sent back as they were too big. I also asked for statement necklaces and got a cute one for $24. With the $20 discount I got for signing up, it wasn't a bad deal for a cute outfit that I can mix in with other pieces. It came quicker than expected; I received it within 9 days of ordering vs. Zulily... I placed an order 9/1 and it isn't even shipping until 9/21.

Er....who did you used to be? I missed this one, lol.
I just got the call from the doctor's office and everything is fine!!!!!!! Low risk for everything. The doctor himself called and it originally made me nervous as hell. My heart jumped to my throat! I thought a nurse would call, so the doctor calling made me think it was all bad news. Ugh, my hands are still shaking, but I'm soooooo relieved! Now I wish I could celebrate with a drink!
@JustAnotherUsername16 haha oops! Took it out of context I guess I don't watch so that's what I get for trying to help out lol.
@kiyamurph that's good to know about the "on demand"...I have a julep subscription that I've skipped almost every monk and it is annoying lol. I just went crazy on buying a ton of clothes lately but that makes me want to check out what they've got.

My MIL just informed me that she'll be off the week of EDD for spring break--so she plans to be here ALL week to help with the baby now I want baby to come after my due date because the thought of my MIL being here all week sounds worse than going a week or more past due with this babe.
@kjd291 i'm sure her help would be "invaluable" but maybe she should have asked first?! I'd be holding that baby in for dear life lol.. at least get some laundry done out of it or something I guess...

I'm pretty sure she used to be Danibanani16? I actually read her comment about it changing and had to look up at the new username because I knew who she was based off the picture and didn't even read the user name lol If any of you regular ladies change your profile pictures I will be completely lost!
Re: Randoms! (9-12)
My brother made these a couple weeks ago @DaniBanani16 and I was like "oh! cheese and veggies! it's healthy!" And then ate like 12 of them. Really easy though, and sneaky veggies. https://www.dinner-mom.com/parmesan-cheese-crisps/
