@Austenista I totally get it! Mine isn't SF, but our mortgage is a VA loan and we get letters from mortgage lenders, usually 2-3 a day between us, with refinancing offers. We just bought our house in December! And I don't know how I'd refi without him since he's the veteran and both our names are on the mortgage. I'm also fairly certain all the information these lenders need is public, but it drives me nuts.
They often also come in my previous last name, which changed just under a year ago, and only appears on one line of our mortgage paperwork where you have to disclose previous names. It includes my exH's last name (I'd hyphenated then), and it kills me every time. Oddly, I also just got coupons for BuyBuy Baby with my exH's last name yesterday. That name just won't die.

I have super social anxiety especially when it comes to doing new things. I'm mostly less-than-thrilled because it's in a courthouse I've never been to before, which makes me so anxious. But my H said he will drive me there before jury duty so I know where it is and where I'm going.
I think it's for October so definitely not close enough to my end of December EDD. Womp.
