zits and halitosis @ 31 months - early puberty?

DD has woken up with a new pimple on her face 3 days in a row - 1 of them I actually had to pop this AM; and for the past 3 mornings she has had stinky breath - what's next? Will I need to get her some underarm deoderant?

My friend thinks it must be something new in her diet, but there is nothing I can think of  . .

the sudden bad breath could be a strep infection. we found that out at our ped.'s a month ago. matt didn't have strep just a very red sore throat but you didn't mention if she was feeling poorly so i'm guessing not ?
