I have been putting this off..moving here from April BMB

Hi All. I have been lurking on this board for a few weeks now. I was not really sure I was ready to start posting, maybe because that is an acknowledgement that I belong here now.  I will just do a brief intro. I look forward to getting to know you all, even though it isn't under the best of circumstances.  DH and I have been married for a little over 2 years, TTC for a little over a year. I have irregular cycles with no known cause-  cycles range from 25 to 53 days. I started using OPK's 4 cycles ago but never got a positive until last cycle. I had a positive opk July 21 and a BFP on Aug 1. Sadly, I started having intense cramping and spotting on August 18th- ended up in the ER and miscarried at home that night. My doctor told me there was no physical reason to wait to try again. So, we are starting to try again. I had a positive OPK on 9/6- so, we shall see. 

Although I am disheartened by our loss, I am glad there is a place like this to go for support and love.

I am glad you found this board. This is a great place full of supportive nice ladies, I hope you find comfort and company here, during your TTCAL journey.

I've had 2 MC this year and after some time on the bench, I am now finally back TTC. It is a hard path, I hope you feel welcome here, and also feel free to post on the other boards (Waiting to ovulate, Two Week Wait, fur baby friday, etc).

@waitingforblueskies I am very sorry for your loss. I lurked the April BMB, but was not ready to post. There was no heartbeat on my recent u/s and I am now waiting to miscarry naturally. FX that this cycle is your time.

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. It is by far one of the hardest things to go through. I had a missed miscarriage at almost 12 weeks almost 2 years ago and it changed my life forever...almost ruined me. Take your time in grieving and I wish you tons of luck on TTC. My husband and I are TTC for the first time in 2 years and we are nervous and excited. I don't post much on these forums but what I read is incredible. These are women that understand each other. Remember ladies, we are still moms even though we had to give our babies back. We will be reunited someday. Bless all of you!

@Ash&B2014, I like the idea that I'm still mom, even if I had to give my babies back. As someone who has wanted to be a mother above everything else, I find tremendous comfort in that.
