Ok, I really like this thread each week, but it seems a little sporadic on whether anyone starts it or not. I'm going to try my hardest to start it each week on Sunday or Monday and hope that there is more people joining in...

Every week I tell myself to plan out at least dinners for the week, yet each afternoon am scrambling thinking what's for dinner....
Tuesday- we decided to have our leftover night early in the week since our fridge is full from the weekend.
wednesday- hubby's beef enchiladas
thursday- Italian chicken thighs made with Olive Garden dressing, corn on the cob and roasted potatoes.
Friday- high school football night so we will either eat chick fil a at the game or something beforehand.
