IVF and HPV Question

Ladies,
3 years ago I was diagnosed with HPV genital warts and had them surgically removed. I literally forgot I even had HPV as I have had no issues since, and always a normal pap. I am 10 days into my IVF Stims and all of a sudden.....they are back. I am horrified and terrified! Has anyone had genital warts during IVF/egg retrieval? I can't talk to my doctor until Tuesday and I am so scared this is going to be an issue with retrieval. Did all these hormones somehow lower my immunity and make this virus reappear?
