I am going back to work tomorrow and put the frozen stuff in the fridge to defrost last night, not knowing how long it would take to defrost. Well, it's defrosted now (12 hours later) and it wouldn't be used until tomorrow (another 24 hours). Technically, it hasn't been defrosted yet for that long.
I don't have much frozen (at all) and this stuff is hard earned for me, so it's not like I would just throw it away. Alternatively, I guess I could just use it today and pump but I'd prefer not to. Also, the milk fat looks different than the refrigerated. Would it still be good tomorrow? Just use the old sniff test? Thx.
