Shanghai was fun but mostly just for all the drinking and partying. I went on a great trip to Montreal with one of my friends a few summers ago for a jazz festival.
@BusinessWife Sigh, that's tough. I tend to agree with your visual clue over FF -- it just seems so unlikely, as you said, to have ovulated immediately before your scan. I don't think that should affect your bloodwork though...
Month/Cycle: 3/3
CD/DPO: CD24/9dpo
Timing: -4, -3, -1, 0
Testing: Negative Monday.
R/R: I'm still holding on! Spotting only.
CS/Q: Yesterday at my appointment, my endocrinologist told me that I need to call her and my gyno immediately after seeing a positive pregnancy test in case I need progesterone supplementation to sustain the pregnancy. DH has interpreted this as, "You need to test every day!" Is that crazy? Should I be testing every day? I was looking at test results by DPO (https://www.countdowntopregnancy.com/pregnancy-test/results-by-day-past-ovulation.php) and it does increase every day, but I'm not sure if it's enough to warrant a Wondfo a day. What do you think?
GTKY: Our honeymoon in Costa del Sol, Spain, was one of my favorite trips ever. Perfect combination of relaxing and tourism, plus delicious Spanish food.
@BusinessWife I'm sorry for all the chart confusion! Hopefully the Creighton instructor can shed some light
Yay! I go here now
Month/Cycle: 12/12
CD/DPO: 17/3
Timing: -2, -1
Testing: will not test prior to 12DPO
R/R: just excited to be back in the TWW after being benched last month. This will most likely be our last unmedicated cycle so I have some high hopes - need to get those in check
CS/Q:
GTKY: What has been your favourite place to where you have traveled? Or if you feel like you haven't traveled much, where is your one bucketlist travel destination?
My favorite vacation was Punta Cana..in my bucket list though, is to start traveling to all the MLB Stadiums and see a game in each - it's one way to explore more of this country (US) and also because I love baseball
@adirat - I'm BSC when it comes down the POAS rabbit hole so I would say as of 10dpo, test it out with the cheapies - but try not to get discouraged (so much easier said than done) with early BFN's
Testing: BFN this morning, but I'll keep going unless AF shows.
R/R: I'm not too bummed about the BFN since it's early. By this time in my cycle, I'm usually spotting. I'm not saying this means I'm heading towards a BFP, but it might mean that my month of B6 is doing it's job and helping with spotting and extending my LP.
CS/Q:
GTKY: What has been your favourite place to where you have traveled? Or if you feel like you haven't traveled much, where is your one bucketlist travel destination? Hoyo Azul in the Dominican Republic was one of the most beautiful sights I've seen with my own two eyes.
@adirat. I am not a doctor, but I don't think you have to test Every Day. Alternate days, or even just assuming AF stays away, testing at like 14-16dpo is fine. They don't really expect you to get a BFP much before then anyway, like 12dpo *earliest.* They just don't want you to go weeks without starting it. A few days here or there should be fine ;)
You guys are on top of this early this morning. I like it!
Month/Cycle: 1 (after 7 NTNP)
CD/DPO: 30/7
Timing: -5, -3, -2, 0
Testing: Friday morning probably (unless temp drops before then)
R/R: DD and DH have colds...so between her coughing fits, his snoring, and my one asshole cat's nightly 3am meow-a-thon, I got negative sleep last night. I didn't record my temp because I don't know what to do with it. I temped twice but neither was after 3 hours of sleep because that didn't happen. I may just put in the one that I took at my normal time. both were in the post-O range, so it probably really doesn't matter. Today is going to be a struggle. I'm sleeping in the guest room tonight.
CS/Q: Nope. It's pretty boring at this point.
GTKY: What has been your favourite place to where you have traveled? Or if you feel like you haven't traveled much, where is your one bucketlist travel destination? This is hard because I love to travel and I've been to a lot of cool places, but I have to say my honeymoon. We went to South Africa and Mauritius, and it was awesome. We want to go back so badly now, especially given the exchange rate in South Africa, but I highly doubt that our 14 month old would be able to handle the flights. Some day we will definitely go back though. Italy, Paris, and Hong Kong are also favorites.
R/R: I'm frustrated that I've gained weight. I know I should be relying on measurements and not weight, and I am getting thinner, but it still sucks to see the number on the scale. I'm still working out a lot though. Tonight is my belly dance class.
CS/Q: Not today
GTKY: What has been your favourite place to where you have traveled? Or if you feel like you haven't traveled much, where is your one bucketlist travel destination? My cruise to Mexico was pretty great. I loved seeing the Mayan ruins with my husband.
@Businesswife Ugh, sorry about the confusion with O. Wouldn't they have been able to tell if you had already ovulated during your scan? @adirat Do you normally spot before AF? I only ask because if you do, then testing every day probably isn't necessary. @swanbrooner sorry about the BFN.
Month/Cycle: 12/12
CD/DPO: 31/14
Timing: good
Testing: no need
R/R: My LP is usually 13 days, so AF should be here today. I'm at the point where I know she's coming, so I really wish she'd just show. If it does start today, I'll be able to go in for my baseline u/s tomorrow.
CS/Q:
GTKY:
What has been your favourite place to where you have traveled? Or if
you feel like you haven't traveled much, where is your one bucketlist
travel destination? My absolute favorite place to visit is Granada, Spain.
R/R: it's feeling more and more fall-y... that's a rave! I'm loving these nicer temps and less humidity
CS/Q: nope
GTKY: I haven't travelled much, unfortunately we didn't even do a honeymoon! I really want to go out west and do a road trip... I'd also really like to check out the national parks!
R/R: argh this TWW is sooooo hard. I know I should test again but I'm like 90% sure im not pregnant but sore boobs are driving me crazy! Grrrr! I'll test this weekend again if AF does not show up.
CS/Q: None but does anyone obsess over the Internet about late BFPs? I'm been lately and I read an article that said if you desire to get Preggers real bad your body starts to mimic symptoms and that's why AF starts getting late. I think it's bull crap but got me wondering if that's why I have more soreness than usual.
GTKY: What has been your favourite place to where you have traveled? Or if you feel like you haven't traveled much, where is your one bucketlist travel destination? It has to be Africa - Serengeti. Just so amazing to be so close to the wild.
R/R: I got terrible sleep last night so I'm super cranky
CS/Q:
GTKY: What has been your favourite place to where you have traveled? Or if you feel like you haven't traveled much, where is your one bucketlist travel destination? definitely Maui!! I LOVE snorkeling. Last time I went I saw a sea turtle that was bigger than me. It was amazing
CS/Q: I want to start temping next cycle. Where did you guys all become so knowledgable? I know FF is a good tool for temping and charting. I'm just worried I won't be able to read mine accurately
GTKY: What has been your favourite place to where you have traveled? Or if you feel like you haven't traveled much, where is your one bucketlist travel destination? back when DH and I were *barely* dating, he took me on a surprise trip to Cozumel. It was fun! We haven't planned a honeymoon (it's beyond confusing, but we got married 7/26 at the courthouse for custody reasons [basically DS bio dad was being a douche, so we didn't want to give him anything to use against us]) for our NYE wedding yet. I want so badly to go to St Thomas or anywhere Caribbean but am hesitant due to Zika. Even in "safe" places, I'm scared to pay and then have an outbreak start. DH loves to hunt, so maybe a smaller honeymoon out west. He can go hunting and I can stay in the lodge and relax.
@felix08. Ugh, I'm so sorry you're feeling out. I will still keep my fingers crossed that doesn't happen!
So the scan on Thursday 230pm showed a 2.43 cm folli. i.e. definitely mature enough, right? Then I didn't have a scan Friday, but by Saturday morning at 930AM, we saw that it had definitely ruptured. I was thinking late Thursday, but I still had peak-type CM Friday, so the doctor said we'd call that my Creighton Peak day, and we're basing my +7 bw off that. Could it technically have waited till Friday and released sometime then? I guess, but my temp was lower that day, so I dts. Could it have waited all the way till Saturday at 6am JUST prior to my 930 scan? Maybe?? IDK. I honestly don't know how long it takes a visible CL to form on u/s. I just think it's unlikely that it took another 36 hours after measuring a 2.43 folli, but I don't have much experience with these things. :/
At least we know I definitely ovulated some time between late CD11 and early CD13. I guess that's good enough in the grand scheme of things...
@MommytoM13 The book "Taking charge of your fertility" (TCOYF)is a great starting point and is highly recommended here. FF also gives great pointers. - in addition to those resources, lurking these boards, especially the WTO thread, will provide a lot of insight and knowledge. I do recommend the MABIS BBT which you can get on Amazon for like $8. GL!
@MommytoM13 Read Taking Charge of Your Fertility. It's where I got started and learned everything I needed. When unusual things pop up that aren't covered in the book in depth, the ladies on here can answer questions.
@felix08 This is my third cycle charting. My first two had 6-day luteal phases with spotting. This cycle, I started spotting 6dpo but haven't had AF yet, so I'm not really sure what to expect. I think it's low progesterone (my doctor took bloodwork to find out) so I'm feeling overly cautious since low progesterone can make a pregnancy questionable even with implantation.
@avas_dream so the same hormone that is rising and peaking during TWW (progesterone) is the same hormone that stays elevated throughout pregnancy. That's why TWW symptoms and early pregnancy systems are the same - they are caused by elevated levels of the same hormone. And YES! part of that hormone's job is to convince you that you just might be pregnant, and to act accordingly. I have gotten terrible nesting for YEARS. Manifesting in like, online shopping mostly lol etc. But still, nesting none the less. Lately now that were trying, it's the fluff. Whatevs. It's biochemical. Plus equal parts wishful thinking, too, of course. ;)
GTKY: What has been your favourite place to where you have traveled? Or if you feel like you haven't traveled much, where is your one bucketlist travel destination? Jamaica was beautiful! I would love to go to Australia!

@swanbrooner thanks for the input yesterday on the B6 and I hope it helps lengthen your cycle! I'm going to start it next cycle. I thought starting mid way through my LP might not be great. How much do you take?
Month/Cycle: 9/10
CD/DPO: 25/7
Timing: O-1, O
Testing: Nah
R/R: I am hoping that between weaning DS from nursing and starting the B6 next cycle, my LP will lengthen enough for something to have a decent chance of implanting. It's frustrating to think we have great timing but the eggy never even has a chance!
CS/Q: My temp is still lower than it should be at this DPO so that concerns me. Just hoping I get at least 10 days to my LP this month.
GTKY: What has been your favourite place to where you have traveled? Or if you feel like you haven't traveled much, where is your one bucketlist travel destination? Oh man, so many! Grand Cayman island was gorgeous!!! We swam with sting rays there on our cruise for our 1 year anniversary
*lurking* @Marley I wanted to go to 30 before 30, but meeting DH blew that. I have been to 16 MLB parks!
It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*
R/R: My first lab result from all of this testing we did this month became available online last night (still waiting on several others). It was the result for my endometrial biopsy and the diagnosis read that the tissue was suggestive of chronic endometriosis. My follow up isn't until next week due to the other pending results, and I know that I shouldn't read too much into any result without speaking to my doctor, but when it says it plain as day it is hard not to. Combined with my PCOS diagnosis, seeing that made me feel already out for the month and very nervous that other test results that I thought will be normal, will not be. This has just been an incredibly stressful week and it is only Tuesday.
CS/Q:
GTKY: I have been to London twice and really enjoyed it both times. Florence, Italy was also charming. I'd love to someday visit so many places, but I think currently doing a Norwegian cruise in the spring to see the fjords would be at the top of my list. My grandmother's ancestry spans at least 6 generations of her family hailing from Norway, and it'd be neat to see. I feel like the cruise part would be non-negotiable because their cuisine is not for me.
Posting & ghosting, I know. Will for sure be back for comments and questions later.
@swanbrooner Looks like we are cycle buddies! I got a BFN this morning also Are you testing again in the morning?
Month/Cycle: 4/4
CD/DPO: 21/10
Timing: -3,-1,O,+1
Testing: BFN this morning.
R/R: I actually slept really well last night so that's nice. However my allergies are killing me this morning.
CS/Q: Nope. I got a really pretty temp rise this morning though! Its been the highest I've had this cycle. I'm reallllllyyyyy trying not to let myself fall down the "triphasic chart" rabbit hole. I know its not a real, reliable thing. But the BSC has officially hit, despite my gut instinct that I'm out this cycle.
GTKY: What has been your favourite place to where you have traveled? Or if you feel like you haven't traveled much, where is your one bucketlist travel destination? Australia was absolutely gorgeous and I want to go back so badly!
@magnolia131 My sister has PCOS and endo. She was able to have two kids. Docs said she got lucky on her first try with her daughter - just used an OPK and no medical intervention, but she did have two MC after that she didn't know about due to low progesterone. She did an IUI and had her son. Don't give up!
It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*
@magnolia131 Oh no. I am so sorry about the results. I know its easier said than done, but try not to freak out too much until you speak to your doctor. You are definitely in my thoughts! All the good vibes and creepy internet hugs headed your way!

Ugh agree @BusinessWife sometimes nature I just can't get!
Testing: BFN today, but I only tested becuase i thought it was 10dpo because FF changed this morning. Yesterday It said I was 9dpo and my timing was perfect, but today it moved it up by two days, giving me not the best timing.
R/R: Now I'm frustrated because of FF moving my crosshairs means that I probably wasted a test, and feel crappy cus it was no, but its too early. It also means that my timing was not what I thought it was, and now my TWW is two days longer than I thought it would be. UGH. I need a re-set of Tuesday

@mollyandD I love
belly dancing! I took it all through
college and man does it keep you in shape (at least it did for me back then). I
would love to get back into it.
@magnolia131 DH’s mom’s
side is Norwegian as well! And they still
have a good bit of family over there. In fact my MIL connected with some of
them via Facebook recently, so that’s been cool to see where they live! Norway is definitely a bucket list item. We love looking at GoPro YouTube videos of
trips there, so amazingly beautiful!

morning…grrrr, so I feel ya there @littlebug2010. Going to just try and ignore the urge to POAS,
plus I don’t have any at home, and I’m too lazy to buy any. Told DH last night that I am either 7, 5 or 3
days away from getting my period. He
looked at me like I was crazy, lol
CS/Q: Temp went back down to
coverline this morning so not getting hopes up.
GTKY: What
has been your favourite place to where you have traveled? Or if you feel
like you haven't traveled much, where is your one bucketlist travel
destination?
This is
hard because while I travel a good bit for work, I never get to really
experience the places as much as I would like to. Favorite place I’ve been for
work I would say St Thomas. Non-work related I would say either Disney or
Helen, GA. Top on the bucketlist is Norway.
R/R: For those of you who are LFAF: I
listened to an interesting podcast about Lisa Frank on my way into work today.
It was from Stuff Your Mom Never Told You. It was interesting and fun, she
sounds like quite a character. Sadly, it sounds like Lisa Frank Inc isn’t a
great place to work though L
CS/Q: Pretty sizeable temp dip today, I’m
not really sure what that’s about. AF isn’t expected for 6 or 7 more days yet.
GTKY: What has been your favourite place to where you have
traveled? Or if you feel like you haven't traveled much, where is your
one bucketlist travel destination? DH and I went to Italy around this time last
year. I loved Rome and Venice. Loved loved loved. My dream destination is an
African safari.
@BusinessWife Sorry for the chart confusion. Good luck!
@MollyandD Try not to let the scale get you down. It’s an
asshole sometimes. Sounds like you’re working hard. Belly dance class sounds
awesome!

Month/Cycle: 1/1 after a loss
CD/DPO: 27/4
Timing: -3,-2,O,+1
Testing: Probably next week some time.
@swanbrooner sorry about the BFN.

Testing: 7 days away!
Month/Cycle:
CD/DPO: 31/12 or 14
Timing: ok not great
Testing: bfn on Cd 28
Just so amazing to be so close to the wild.Month/Cycle: 2/3

Testing: I'm going to test at 10dpo

Month/Cycle: 2/2
CD/DPO: 24/10
Timing: EOD in FW +1,
Testing: September 4 or if AF doesn't show
R/R: not yet today.

Or if you feel like you haven't traveled much, where is your one bucketlist travel destination?Oh man, so many! Grand Cayman island was gorgeous!!! We swam with sting rays there on our cruise for our 1 year anniversary

I feel like the cruise part would be non-negotiable because their cuisine is not for me.Posting & ghosting, I know. Will for sure be back for comments and questions later.
@swanbrooner Looks like we are cycle buddies! I got a BFN this morning also Are you testing again in the morning?

R/R: I actually slept really well last night so that's nice. However my allergies are killing me this morning.
CS/Q: Nope. I got a really pretty temp rise this morning though! Its been the highest I've had this cycle. I'm reallllllyyyyy trying not to let myself fall down the "triphasic chart" rabbit hole. I know its not a real, reliable thing. But the BSC has officially hit, despite my gut instinct that I'm out this cycle.

@mollyandD I love belly dancing! I took it all through college and man does it keep you in shape (at least it did for me back then). I would love to get back into it.
@magnolia131 DH’s mom’s side is Norwegian as well! And they still have a good bit of family over there. In fact my MIL connected with some of them via Facebook recently, so that’s been cool to see where they live! Norway is definitely a bucket list item. We love looking at GoPro YouTube videos of trips there, so amazingly beautiful!
Month/Cycle: 4/4
CD/DPO: 25 / 7 per FF; 10 per me
Timing: EOD during FW
Testing: Labor Day, if AF doesn’t show up!
R/R: FF moved my CH AGAIN this morning…grrrr, so I feel ya there @littlebug2010. Going to just try and ignore the urge to POAS, plus I don’t have any at home, and I’m too lazy to buy any. Told DH last night that I am either 7, 5 or 3 days away from getting my period. He looked at me like I was crazy, lol
CS/Q: Temp went back down to coverline this morning so not getting hopes up.
GTKY: What has been your favourite place to where you have traveled? Or if you feel like you haven't traveled much, where is your one bucketlist travel destination?
This is hard because while I travel a good bit for work, I never get to really experience the places as much as I would like to. Favorite place I’ve been for work I would say St Thomas. Non-work related I would say either Disney or Helen, GA. Top on the bucketlist is Norway.
Month/Cycle: 5/5
CD/DPO: 24/8
Timing: +1, -2, -3, -5
Testing: Thursday maybe…
R/R: For those of you who are LFAF: I listened to an interesting podcast about Lisa Frank on my way into work today. It was from Stuff Your Mom Never Told You. It was interesting and fun, she sounds like quite a character. Sadly, it sounds like Lisa Frank Inc isn’t a great place to work though L
CS/Q: Pretty sizeable temp dip today, I’m not really sure what that’s about. AF isn’t expected for 6 or 7 more days yet.
GTKY: What has been your favourite place to where you have traveled? Or if you feel like you haven't traveled much, where is your one bucketlist travel destination? DH and I went to Italy around this time last year. I loved Rome and Venice. Loved loved loved. My dream destination is an African safari.
@BusinessWife Sorry for the chart confusion. Good luck!
@MollyandD Try not to let the scale get you down. It’s an asshole sometimes. Sounds like you’re working hard. Belly dance class sounds awesome!
@magnolia131 I'm sorry for what you're experiencing.
