Thanks guys!!! It feels great to finally relax. I actually called mid day today to see if the amnio results were in and spoke to a nurse. She got all my information and then there was a long pause. She said "let me have someone call you back". Umm...of course I feared the worst and almost had a heart attack. Thank goodness the genetic counselor called me back in under an hour with good news.
L Jane this is brilliant news! I can only imagine the relief that you myst feel after the weeks of worry & wondering what might happen! Hopefully now you can enjoy a happy healthy worry free prgnancy!
Wooooo!!! I'm so happy for you on these results! I'm sorry the grief was unnecessary, but I like to think of grief during pregnancy as this kid playing a little joke on me and chuckling to himself/herself when the truth is revealed.
