Monistat 7day cream for yeast infection: Help!

Not sure if I'm in the right place or not, but figure it's worth a shot.
I'm almost 37weeks pregnant. I mentioned too my doctor at my most recent appointment on Wednesday about having a yeast infection started, and the Monistat Cream is what he recommended for me to use, like I figured he probably would...
The thing is though that I'm up so many times a night to pee right now that it doesn't stay in long enough! ... So my question is, is there something I can do to help with that? How long should it technically be in for? Since all it really says is to just use it at night. Or is this just one of those take what you can get kinda things? Just curious...I need to get rid of it, but I don't want to have to resort to taking antibiotics for it...so any advise is much appreciated!
