STM-- during pregnancy with DD I was dilated 2 cm x's 3 weeks-- this one nothing . I no dilation doesn't mean anything. But sometime it gives you that end of pregnancy hope that your almost there!  No change is a bummer. Just anxious to meet little one!

Don't sweat.  I wasn't dilated at all for either of my kids.  With Piper I had a check up at 10AM and then my water broke at 9PM.  It really means nothing at all.  Hang in there!
