@sportiegrl1213 That seems to happen to me a lot - everyone around me being sick. Now a friend I was with Tuesday night has strep. Hoping we all stay healthy!

I'm definitely freaking out and really hoping I'll be OK @ibabyloveb87 and praying we all stay HEALTHY!!
Married 11-11-11 TTC only since Dec 2015. I had some weight to get off. Been working hard in the gym for over a year. BFP 02-15-16 with our first IT'S A BOY!!!
Today is starting off swell...my office shares a a building with a charter school and the school doesn't let the kids inside until a certain time in the morning so they're all blocking the entryway. So as I try to maneuver through them this morning, two kids decide to start rough housing and one gets shoved into my stomach, luckily my purse shielded it and it wasn't too hard but I swear I almost lost it on the kid. Meanwhile his mother just stands there. Argh, I don't have the patience for this crap these days!
Edit: thought I was in the Weekly Random, whoops! I suppose being impatient and overly irritated counts as a symptom though
My back is sore, my hips are sore, my uterus hurts, my bones hurt, I'm an insatiable, ravenous, world devouring elder goddess, and I am so over it... seriously, I am so uncomfortable I can't stand it.
I know I sound pathetic, but it's early, my body aches, and I just need to whine.
Thank you for being the ONLY other person who feels this way! I am so done with the constant discomfort everywhere and I was feeling like a jerk for feeling that way. In the ticker changes this week almost everyone posted that what they'll miss most is feeling baby move. I guess I'm weird or cold-hearted, but I CANNOT WAIT until my body is my own. I am glad to have had the experience of feeling a fetus move inside of my body but he NEVER stops and it REALLY hurts. Also I have intense stomach pain whenever I eat. But I am hungry all the time. What a cruel little paradox. ETA Cue pity party for one
A friend of mine who has a one-month-old said that her weight gain slowed way down in the third trimester... not so for me at all! The past few weeks I've been gaining more than a pound a week. The more I gain, the more uncomfortable I feel and the less energy I have to get any exercise, and then I gain more weight ... It's a vicious cycle I don't see slowing down. Being ravenous and craving sugar doesn't help either...
@books&icecream Save me a seat at your pity party. We had that question in the Tuesday ticker change- I said I'm tired of being pregnant in general, and that I won't miss anything about it this time! I was "that girl" too, I feel your pain.
@books&icecream I'm there with you. I'm (guiltily) hoping this one comes a week or two early because I am uncomfortable all day. I don't think there has been a five minute stretch in the last two weeks when I felt good. And the fetal movement hurts. He's too big to be moving so much.
My new symptom started last night. My wedding band and engagement ring hurt my finger by the end of the day. They have always been a little too big (never bothered to get them sized and then I lost some weight after the wedding), so they slide around a bit, but is has never bothered me before. Now I feel like my finger is bruised by the end of the day and I have to take my rings off overnight.
@ignoscemihi +1 for painful baby movements. Yesterday and today I've been SO uncomfortable because his movements hurt. He bulges out to the side or he's on a nerve or digging into my hip or up in my ribs or head butting my cervix. He's just too big and needs to come out soon.
I was so exhausted yesterday. So I laid down when I got back from work. Baby decides to do the polka for a straight hour. She was poking the same spot and my stomach was jutting out at least two inches non stop. So uncomfortable.
I think this one's finally decided to take after his brother and push his little toes between my ribs... I was hoping to avoid that this pregnancy. Ouch
Anyone get sweaty feet? I know its weird but I wear flip flops for the swollen feet and yet even in the morning when its still cool my feet seem to sweat.
@ignoscemihi@LGW2015 same here! DH thinks it's hilarious when she stretches out a limb into my side or rib cage...he'll poke it and watch her pull it back in. I'm like welcome to my life now, trying to protect my organs from her assault.
Last night in bed my husband is like I bet you can't wait for him to be out eh? This was after I struggled getting my pj pants on cause standing on one leg spins my body into extreme pain. I replied to him, actually I go between wanting him out and keeping him in. I am really terrified all the sudden to birth him, and have three kids. My 2 I already have are going through a funky phase where they just fight all the time and I feel like some days all I do is yell and referee. At least when he is in me I don't have to feed him, clean up after him, figure out why he is crying, loose sleep or change diapers. Lately being pregnant is not so bad, I am actually finding the weeks blowing by really fast cause I dread delivery.

Had the worst BH yesterday. I've had them before but this is the first time they were really uncomfortable. Thankfully they stopped after I guzzled some water and laid down, and I'm bringing it up to my doctor tomorrow just to be sure. If I have a hard time dealing with BH, I don't know how I'm going to handle labor!
Having my first bout of swollen feet and ankles!!! I made it so far without this happening! they are ugly! Lol
Married 11-11-11 TTC only since Dec 2015. I had some weight to get off. Been working hard in the gym for over a year. BFP 02-15-16 with our first IT'S A BOY!!!
My hip. God my hip hurts. Just the one side. I went from walking 3+ miles a day to hobbling back and forth to the printer. I can't put any weight on it without it hurting.
ETA - Now I'm wondering if it's Round Ligament Pain on one side? Because it feels like hip pain, but I've read that RLP can be felt in the lower belly OR groin? Although I thought it was more acute and not as long -lasting as this has been. I know, I know. Ask my doc. But my next appointment is in a couple weeks, and I'm usually a stubborn, pain tolerant ninja.
@sportiegrl1213 ohhhh girl. Unfortunately, I can commiserate on the ugly feet. Since going back to work this week, my left foot has been so swollen by the end of the day. Today, we had our county wide kick off at an outdoor baseball stadium-lasted about 3 hours- and then an outdoor carnival-type open house tonight from 5-6:30. I'm done! Thank God we don't have to go tomorrow.
Oh, and I forgot- at our open house, I had to go inside 3 times to deal with nosebleeds. It dripped on my shirt- super professional for talking to kids and parents... One of them started while I was talking to a kid. So disgusting. She was understandably really weirded out.
Swollen feet, legs and nose. When I stand up the first few steps I take are agonizing because of my feet and hips. Baby is head down, but facing my left hip. Lately she likes to punch me in the hip repeatedly and stretch her legs into my ribs. So, @books&icecream, I feel ya. It will be nice to have my body back to myself (for the most part). The saddest part is that I still have 7 weeks to go and this baby is just going to get bigger and bigger.
Okay I have a bit of a dumb question/vent for you ladies.
Does anyone's OB actually check out a symtpom they might mention? Because I know that makes no sense, let me explain. I will go to my OB and mention my feet are super swollen, and instead of checking my feet/ankles out, she'll just automatically reply "ya that's a normal for the stage of pregnancy, just put your feet up when you can." Then I mention I think I have carpel tunnel in my hands and they're super swollen, again her response without even looking at them was "Ya that's normal, it'll go away when you're no longer pregnant." She is checking my blood pressure every visit and its normal, which would be elevated if paired with the swelling to indicate preeclampsia, but shouldn't she at least look at my swelling? Does anyone else's just dismiss it as normal symptoms without even checking?
@laurapcos - my doc tells me when something's normal but we also talk through solutions and she asks how things are going with whatever I've mentioned before at the following visit. Personal opinion is that good patient care would involve making suggestions on how to help if they're there (like wearing a brace for comfort for the carpel tunnel)... But I'm sure ever doctor isn't like that
Anyone else's braxton hicks getting a little over the top? Mine almost feel like phase 1 but they stop
Mine stop me in my tracks by the end of the day when my body aches the most. I've had a few I can't talk through and really have to focus on my breathing for the minute they last.

@ashleyp625 so funny it's my left ankle/foot that was worse, my right wasn't too bad. I'll see how it goes today! I'm gonna up my water even more.
@LauraPCOS I have carpal tunnel too and I just wear a wrist wrap at night and deal with pain during the day. Sucks!!

@sportiegrl1213 I have wrist guards I wear sometimes but due to major swelling, I haven't been comfortable putting them on. Every time I get up to pee, I flex my fingers and rotate my wrist to try to get blood flow moving.
My pain goes from the inside of my wrist thru my thumb, I'm not even sure if it's carpal tunnel @LauraPCOS

I feel like I smell!! Like, I keep smelling this sour odor or some kind, so I start smelling my skin, my shirt, my hair. Everything smells fine. I put on extra deodorant and body spray today, I just still keep getting a whiff of something weird. It was the same thing last night... Enhanced preggo-nose powers?? I just hope no one else smells it and assumes it's coming from me.

I am having the same problem today! I showered this morning. Must be the preggo nose powers!

I've officially joined the leaking club. Woke up to my left boob leaking.
Also, I think it's a combination of really frequent BH along with the baby moving into painful positions (he's too damn big clearly), but I have been so uncomfortable and pained this week. Last night was really rough.
