Upcoming appointments? Had one this morning for bloodwork to test my iron levels.
Rants/Raves/Questions? This is a random NBR question, I have a wedding to go to tomorrow and the dress I had planned to wear looks like poop now (it's been a month since I last tried it on). We went to a wedding over this summer and I'm thinking of wearing the same dress again. There will be a few repeat guests, but other than that totally new people. What would you do?
Symptoms/Aversions/Cravings? Feeling enormous and am glad we don't have to travel far for this wedding bc baby girl would climb right into my lungs if she could. My ribs hurt after sitting for 5mins.

yup there's a ton. I am home alone all day with my 2yo so not much gets done. Additionally, I feel like I could nap at any given time...
@RedMar I would totally wear the same dress again and not think a thing of it. You're Pregnant and if someone says something to you about it (which i highly doubt) punch them in the face.

Upcoming appointments? Had one last night. Baby is head down. Cervical check showed that nothing is going on down there.
Rants/Raves/Questions? @RedMar I absolutely would wear the dress again! I hope you don't stress about it. I think it's no big deal! I am currently rotating between about 3 shirts all of the time at this point even at work. Whatever.
Symptoms/Aversions/Cravings? DH and I are going to a peach festival tomorrow - random, but it'll be fun! So now I'm craving peaches.

Rants/Raves/Questions? I am a teacher, but I'm taking most the year off next year. However, I still have to go in for the first 2 weeks in order to be covered by insurance for my delivery. Weird, huh? Meetings start next Monday. I still have a week off, but I am not looking forward to coming in 39 weeks preggo.
Symptoms/Aversions/Cravings? My feet and hands are swollen and sore. :-( I feel like Chris Pine in the first Star Trek movie. "Numb Tongue!?"

P.S. I just want to take a moment and praise Jesus for prenatal yoga. (I fully understand the weird religious juxtaposition.) It has been such a life saver and I feel so good and healthy!
@RedMar -- Wear the same dress!! You have enough on your 37 week preggo plate. Besides, I am weirdly growing out of my maternity clothes with a creepy beer belly type thing. Lol
37 weeks! AHHH How did this happen???? Wasn't I like 12 weeks yesterday?

Winter Melon? but if the baby grows about 1/2 oz a week he should be about 6lbs now

Had one on Tuesday, everything is good! I did a full update in the appointment thread but I am almost 2cm dilated which is exciting for me.

OMG So much,
We FINALLY move next weekend and I can FINALLY set up the nursery.
We are getting the crib tomorrow.
I still need to get a crib mattress and the changing pad.
I need to order the bedding because I changed my mind on what I wanted so I returned what I had and now I need to buy the new one.
I have to buy stuff for my boobs- nipple cream, nursing pads, nursing bras etc etc.
I have to get FI put in the FREAKING CAR SEAT !!!! Its never going to get done lol
At least my hospital bag is packed?
@redmar I would totally wear the same dress, but I DGAF about that stuff. While not pregnant, I have one nice dress that I wear to everything. I pretty much just own it and admit that I wear it to everything. Last summer, I went to 3 coworkers weddings and wore it to 2 (and they all had the same people). I wore another not as fancy dress for the third wedding, and someone from work actually said "where is your fancy go-to dress?!" Like they all expected me to wear it hahah
I am going to a wedding on the 3rd and I am wearing a maternity dress from target. and not a fancy one.

Upcoming appointments? just had a growth u/s yesterday showing baby is just over 6 lbs. Then started my weekly appts with a fun swab then cervix check. Everything looked good but wow I was apparently not good at 'relaxing my muscles'... hahaha if this is how I react to a little cervical action I cannot wait until the fun labor begins.
Rants/Raves/Questions? My in-laws should be arriving for a visit any time now. They live out of town so they will be staying with us the whole weekend. I could be vacuuming right now but I said screw it. If you come as a houseguest while I'm 37 weeks pregnant do not expect I squeaky clean house. Really its just the dog hair tumbleweeds anyway... the joy of having a very large and fluffy dog.
On a plus I finally packed my bags today!
) I just spent the last two days catching up cause I had them off work. I feel pretty good now. I think really I just need to stop shopping!!

@RedMar totally wear the same dress. If you feel good in it wear it all the time no matter how many people have seen it I say!

Upcoming appointments? had one yesterday that was originally supposed to be today. They had told me they would be swabbing, but apparently it was too early so now they're doing it at my next appt 2 weeks from now.
Rants/Raves/Questions? I just want to wave a magic wand and have everything done in the new condo. I don't have the energy to organize the whole house and get ready for baby!

Upcoming appointments? Group appointment on Monday. They didn't let me have the GBS swab at my last appointment at 35w which was kind of annoying so I'll get it done right after the group appointment.
Rants/Raves/Questions? This heat wave sucks, my feet are so uncomfortable! They aren't terribly swollen but enough that most footwear is uncomfortable except my well worn flip flops.
Symptoms/Aversions/Cravings? Eating so many tomatoes!! Our garden exploded this last week with them and zucchinis.

Rants/Raves/Questions? The skin on my belly is SO tight and itchy! This LO is growing like crazy, I just hope she doesn't get too big. I'm so excited to be in the "any day" camp, I still want her to cook for at least a couple more weeks though.
Symptoms/Aversions/Cravings? Lots of BH, some of them pretty strong. Nausea, headaches, swelling, heartburn, soreness, hip pain. So much stuff!
GTKY: All I have left to do is clean everything. I want us to deep clean our bedroom, carpets, and pretty much everything else so we can come home to a clean house from the hospital (I always do this when I leave home for a few days). The bag has been packed for weeks but I have to get some stuff out and bring a smaller one for all the stuff they give me at the hospital.
