Well. I also just had McDonalds for lunch. Still just eating all the carbs. Potatoes in many forms. Pasta. The saddest thing is my beloved Coke tastes HORRIBLE.

I've eaten McDonald's more since I've gotten pregnant than I did in the 3 years prior.
ETA: I can't even with garlic right now. Even the smallest hint of a garlic scent puts me completely off. On the other hand, apparently if I can't smell it, it's ok. I had garlic bread for lunch, but not sure how much garlic was on it because I couldn't smell or taste it.
Ummm everything! Like 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches and 2 dinners. I wish it were all healthy too but those things just don't sound good. I guess my carrots and ranch are healthy! Carbs, salt, carbs and more carbs. And it's funny you mention coke.. That's one of my cravings!!
Cereal. It's one of the few things I can stomach right now, so I've been eating it for dinner almost every night. Last week it was Golden Grahams and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Tonight it's Kix, strangely. I guess I felt like eating something bland.
I'm trying to watch my calorie intake, since I never lost my pregnancy weight from DD, but I have been craving Mexican food like WHOA lately. Tacos, burritos, enchiladas, rice ,beans, nomnomnom
Everything sounds good to me until it is in front of me then I am so sick ! My poor DH took me out to dinner last night because I wanted a chicken salad so bad two bites later I am asking for a box. I just want to enjoy food again!!
@Spartanrd4 bananas haven't been sitting well with me either! Ick.
Today for lunch I had the most delicious grilled cheese and tomato soup. There wasn't anything special about it; soup from a can and a plain old grilled cheese, but it was so good.
@minger86 YES! I want ALL the Mexican food. Especially the guacamole. We have a place similar to Chipotle called Pancheros and they have amazing made to order burrito bowls. I keep telling myself it's better than a lot of things I could be eating, but I really need to scale it back a little. It doesn't help that they have a punch card for free burritos....and if you tell them you're pregnant and having cravings they take it VERY seriously. And now I want one...
confession: I went to wendys to get a chocolate frosty just now, for snack.. I walked out with a frosty, a junior deluxe cheeseburger, spicy chicken nuggets, French fries, and ranch dipping sauce....
(I wanted all of them at the time... but it seems I only like the burger and the frosty... guess DH can eat the rest for dinner)
When I'm not nauseous, I'm starving. I'm always ready to put down a ton of food and them I'm full after like half a plate. So. Annoying. Right now I'm really into croissants and California rolls.
Does being pregnant classify a person as a family? Asking for a friend...
Yup! Tell your friend, it's legit! I definately bought the family size bag of salt and vinegar lays chips more times than I care to admit when I was pregnant with my daughter.
@Linds1083 I found some new CLIF bars that have all different nut butters in them (hazelnut, peanut butter, etc.) and they're delectable! I want to eat all of them in one day but I ration myself, somehow.
Sweet potatoes have been sounding nice. Garlic is disgusting, along with fresh bread with lots of grains - so random. Fruit has been tasty + oatmeal and yogurt. I had key lime pie at a wedding over the weekend and that was heavenly. Soup is tolerable mostly.
My DH made pickles last week and I thought I was going to die.
Otherwise, just riding the nausea waves and trying to stay positive.
@chrlyr I'm feeling you. Normally I can eat.. Like a lot. Now I'm lucky if I get through a 6 inch sub without feeling like I'm about to bust. This morning I only managed to eat half a breakfast sandwich, HALF... Who only eats half a breakfast sandwich and feels full..
Sunflower seeds. I just can't stop. I literally woke up at 3am last night and started munching away in bed. Also way too much McDonalds (glad I'm not alone).
I'm eating @Phil413's tomato salad. After a few days, it gets really vinegar-y so I've been serving it on top of a big wedge of iceberg lettuce. Cold, crunchy, vinegary. Exactly what I like these days.
Cereal, bagels, apples with peanut butter, frozen French bread pizza, chocolate protein shakes, waffles, grapes, ice cream (every day ice cream) and my most ridiculous one yet: at whole foods today I saw these cans of "organic"' spaghetti-o's. I thought: oh! They are healthy! great! HA. I ate two cans for lunch! They were delicious!!!
After reading this thread though all I can think of is McDonald's fries and a strawberry milkshake...
And to think I pictured myself eating kale salads everyday... Hope I can get healthier soon but for now it's survival mode.
@jenny0228 I've done the same thing with organic soups and noodle cups. Except then I want to eat them all! I will say that they are more delicious than regular canned soups, and when I was at the height of my MS a week or two ago, they were lifesaving!
Carbs, anything with salt on it, pickles, salt and vinegar chips. I was eating well before I got my BFP, but veggies make me gag right now and I usually love veggies.
