What is your health/nutrition goal this week? Keep weight gain to a minimum. Choose healthy snacks. Not eat when I'm not hungry.
What is your fitness goal this week? 150 minutes of cardio.
Any challenges this week? My big, giant belly. Also, I've been having trouble falling asleep, so getting up at 4:30 to work out continues to be a struggle.
How did you do with your goals last week? I thought I did well, but I still managed to gain a full pound. GTKY: What do you do to relieve stress? Knit and read. And listen to podcasts.
@ignoscemihi You get up at 4:30 a.m. to workout??? You have all of my kudos. Damn, girl.
What is your health/nutrition goal this week? Cut out the sweets. I was out of town this weekend (which included a 4 hour drive on Saturday and Sunday). And, I indulged in a lot of sugar, fast food and caffeine due to lack of options...and just being lazy).
What is your fitness goal this week? To accomplish three workouts this week.
Any challenges this week? DH is out of the country for the week, so working out is going to be a major challenge. I won't have time in the morning unless I get up at 4:30, too (not happening). So, I'll have to wait until after work, dinner, bath time, bedtime for DS, THEN workout. We'll see if I have the energy. I never sleep well when DH is gone, so I'll be extra sleepy this week, too.
How did you do with your goals last week? I got four workouts in, with a goal of three. That's not counting a couple of days of yoga, so I felt good about that. GTKY: What do you do to relieve stress? Watch Netflix with the hubs (House of Cards or Orange is the New Black), read (if I can stay awake), yoga.
What is your health/nutrition goal this week? Tons of water! Also, plan more healthy snacks between meals so I'm not famished by mealtime, but fewer snacks in the evening when I'm not actually hungry. Lots of fruits and veggies!
What is your fitness goal this week? Some kind of movement everyday (elliptical, barre, yoga, strength training, walking the dogs, swimming, etc.) but listen to my body and don't overdo it. Which is hard because sometimes exercise improves my energy level, so it's tough to tell when is too much.
Any challenges this week? My parents are in town, so I'll have a busy week! Hopefully work isn't too stressful, lately I've been so drained by the end of the workday.
How did you do with your goals last week? Didn't really have any goals, but it went pretty well. GTKY: What do you do to relieve stress? Meditation, yoga, walking outside, swimming, Netflix, reading, coloring, playing with my dogs, cleaning.
