    1.  What is your health/nutrition goal this week?  To not go crazy on the sweets. I'm already gaining more weight than I want to.

    2.  What is your fitness goal this week?  I started a new workout program today. So my goal is to actually do it every day this week.

    3.  Any challenges this week?  The nausea is killing me. It's making me eat all the carbs.

    4.  How did you do with your goals last week?  Awful. My goal was to not eat everything in sight. I ate everything in sight.

    5.  GTKY:  What's your unhealthiest craving this week? I haven't really had specific cravings yet. I just want tons of carbs and sugar!

    1.  What is your health/nutrition goal this week?  keep pumping the healthy food in, spinach/fruit smoothies are my friend

    2.  What is your fitness goal this week?  gym 3x a week.  I go even when I'm super exhausted and just half ass it on the elliptical, but at least its something right?

    3.  Any challenges this week?  nauseous and tired makes things not so easy

    4.  How did you do with your goals last week?  I did well, except I ate a bowl of ice cream last night and it made me so sick :(

    5.  GTKY:  What's your unhealthiest craving this week? Said ice cream, which I was craving, ate, and then promptly got more nauseous than I've even been this pregnancy.

    1.  What is your health/nutrition goal this week?  Get back to counting macros so i can keep my weight in check!

    2.  What is your fitness goal this week?  3 strength training sessions & 3 med. cardio sessions... all my workouts have been half assed the last few weeks!

    3.  Any challenges this week?  Feeling lazy allll the time.  ;)

    4.  How did you do with your goals last week?  I pretty much sucked.

    5.  GTKY:  What's your unhealthiest craving this week? Lots of Carbs!!

    1.  What is your health/nutrition goal this week?  Eat what's in my refrigerator! I have been spending a ton on organic veg and grass-fed protein, for planned, healthy meals, then I eat out instead. Too expensive!!

    2.  What is your fitness goal this week?  30-60 min cardio + Tracy Anderson Month 2 workout each day

    3.  Any challenges this week?  Temptation of a LOT of great restaurants between work and home...

    4.  How did you do with your goals last week?  I worked out each day, but see above for failed nutrition! Not unhealthy, just $$ and not as good as I could have been!

    5.  GTKY:  What's your unhealthiest craving this week? At a baby shower yesterday, someone made "Dirt" dessert... choc cake, marshmallow fluff, oreos and gummy worms. I ate a little- totally not like me, and today, I'd like some more. Good thing I don't have those ingredients!

    2.  What is your fitness goal this week?  Go to the gym every other day--a far cry from my pre-pregnancy everyday routine. 

    3.  Any challenges this week?  No

    4.  How did you do with your goals last week?  I don't remember what they were?

    5.  GTKY:  What's your unhealthiest craving this week? Right now I'm craving ruffled potato chips. I may just go eat some now.

    1.  What is your health/nutrition goal this week?  
    Eat more vegetables. I usually do fairly well, but I only seem to be full if I eat carbs now.

    2.  What is your fitness goal this week?  
    Run 5 days this week and maybe a bike ride this weekend if the weather holds out.
    3.  Any challenges this week?  
    It has been so hot and humidity and I hate running on the treadmill so I am tempted to skip runs. Also, DH seems to be wanting to eat out more often than usual, which is hard to say no to when I am exhausted and don't feel like cooking.
