Intro!

Hello!
I am 33 and my husband and I have been working on a sibling for our little guy for nine months. It took as a little over a year with #1. As I don't know anyone who has had any trouble getting pregnant and everyone in my life seems to respond with a wave of a hand and a "don't worry about it" "it will happen when you're not even thinking about it" "you already have one, what are you worried about" etc. every month is like a stab to my heart and I just really need some outlet where someone might relate even a little haha. Additionally, I'm looking forward to supporting everyone on their journeys, learning more about the process and hopefully learning and taking advice from others. We have an appt with a fertility specialist scheduled in two months

Welcome!  I am 34 and it also took us about a year to get pregnant with our first.  It was hard to see other family members get pregnant with no trouble and everyone looking at us like "when are you gonna have a kid?"  We are having trouble this time around too.  Now everyone is like "when are you going to have another kid?"  Ugh.  Hope your appt goes well and your stay here is short.
