Luteinized Unruptured Follicle Syndrom (Trapped egg syndrome)

I did an ultrasound follicle study last month and to my surprise there was 1 follicle on my left ovary and three on my right that were there. The most dominant one on the left grew to about 1.7 and the one on the right grew to 2.15. By day 23, I stopped getting the ultrasounds because the follicles seem to stall out and not rupture.  I had pulling, cramping from day 10 onward.  I didn't have much CM all month. The nurse called me and said that I will likely need meds to ovulate.

Has anyone conceived successfully after having this experience? Any suggestions?

I have read to not take asprin, ibuprofen, no NSAID since I read they can inhibit the egg from breaking through the follicle. Makes sense, these drugs reduce inflammation.
