What is your health/nutrition goal this week? Fewer sweets. I don't even crave sweet things. I just eat them because they're delicious.
What is your fitness goal this week? 150 minutes of cardio.
Any challenges this week? Weight gain has been frustrating. Also, trouble falling asleep and getting up to go to the bathroom four to six times a night makes waking up at 4:30 to work out very difficult.
How did you do with your goals last week? The beginning of the week was great, then I fell off a cliff. I did okay with cardio, but food was not so great. We had people over Saturday morning and made cinnamon rolls from scratch. I only ate 1/2 of one in the morning, but there were four left over. Yeah, those are all gone now. GTKY: If you could be an Olympic athlete, in what sport would you compete? I would like to say gymnastics because I'm short and those women and men are strong, but if I had a different body, I'd love to be a swimmer. They're so graceful and powerful.
